Poodie's Pet Palace

We’ve been taking our dog Oreo to Poodies Pet Palace in Renton, and Desarai has been absolutely amazing every single time. She’s patient, gentle, and clearly loves what she does. Oreo always comes back looking fantastic and, more importantly, happy and comfortable. It’s such a relief to have a groomer we completely trust. Highly recommend Desarai if you’re looking for someone who truly cares about your pet.

Blanca did such a fantastic job with Lasagna! He was in a happy little mood when I picked him up and they gave him the treats I provided. They were quick, cost efficient, and even though I don’t know anything about grooming terms she did wonderfully with my requests. Also, one of the only groomers I have found in Seattle that will do a scissor trim. This will definitely be our regular groomer from now on! Update 10-11-23: Still love this groomer and they continue to do a fantastic job with a very small delicate dog. Lasagna is only 4.5 pounds so it’s especially important to have a gentle groomer and that has absolutely been my experience here!

Desarai is wonderful 💕 she has been grooming my teacup pomeranian for over a year now, and Miso has never been more comfortable with a groomer. She always does a fantastic job of listening to our requests, and Miso is very relaxed when we pick her up!

Asked for doodle cut was perfect. Pups look great. 2 different lengths of coat as requested. Definitely feel that pups are well treated and get what you ask for. Before pic for reference.

I have taken my miniature poodle here a few times. The first couple of times were OK but the 3rd time was terrible. My dog had Spinal surgery several months prior However, the incision area hadn’t healed, Which I wasn’t aware of. When I picked him up my daughter noticed that he was only partially cut. I didn’t think anything of it just that they did a poor job. Once we got home, he kept licking his back, and then I discovered that he had been severely nicked and had puss and blood coming out of his incision area. I’m not sure if I had disclosed to this particular Groomer about incision but I did inform them the time prior about his surgery.However, she clearly knew that she had hurt him because she stopped cutting his fur from that point on his back. My frustration is that they never disclosed this happened and smiled in face when we picked him up…. I can only imagine what else might go on there. I will never take my dog back there again!

The service was more than Great, I really like the service I recommend it to anyone who wants their baby’s grooming done with excellent quality. They also have walk-ins available. 10/10

We've brought our senior bichon here 3 times now, and they have always done a great job. Definitely worth it for us and our little guy is always so happy when we pick him up.
