We have lived all over and no groomer has done such a great job with our Bernese Mountain Dogs! Evelyn took her time to brush, dry and keep their trim natural like they need. They are SO soft and look stunning! No hair flying around at home for days after a groom like normal. Our dogs have complete opposite personalities, one outgoing, one shy, plus one has curly hair and the other straight. She did such a good job with their personalities and their groom. The pictures do not do it justice. The communication was smooth. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend!!

Evelyn did the best job ever on our cockapoo Peanut. Peanut has a lot of anxiety and she did great with him!! Attention to detail is unmatched, she took her time with him which is much appreciated. She was also able to pluck his ears which was great. We like to get Peanut cut low and look how cute he looked afterwards! Highly recommend

Reached out to Manchester grooming, due to their reviews at hand in the first place, made an appointment was greeted by Evelyn, who took very good care of my puppy Kingston. Evelyn took her time and made sure Kingston was very well taken care of in her hands for his first time at the groomers him being only 13 weeks old and me being a new dog owner. She also took the time to inform me on what and what not to do far as Keeping his coat and nails and etc clean I enjoy my time with Manchester grooming salon, and will definitely be going back for more grooming services thank you Evelyn, you rock and you are much appreciated for all of your hard work. Evelyn did a very fine job on Hugo. I was nervous because we've moved to Richmond a week ago and getting started with a new groomer can be hard. I think my poodle man looks so handsome! I would definitely recommend Manchester Grooming Saloon.

Evelyn knows what she's doing! Our pups look & smell amazing! I'm super picky about who I leave them with and I felt so comfortable as soon as I walked in. The environment just felt right. When I picked them up, she showed me videos and pictures of both Rylie & Bo to show me how well they did in her care. I can't be happier with this grooming salon! They're affordable and do a fabulous job! 10/10 would recommend!

I've taken my Aussie to 2 other groomers looking for the right one and every single time I've taken him he never comes out himself. I've been super picky about where I take him since those experiences but today was our first visit at MANCHESTER GROOMING and this will definitely be his grooming home. Everyone is so friendly and understanding! He is very particular about his paws and they managed to do what they could while not making him uncomfortable. He's quite the burst of energy and some groomers have made that seem like it's a bad thing but not here! So thank you so much to everyone involved in his care. 10/10 recommend you bring your pets here!

Excellent service! Very clean environment and the staff is very friendly and personable (Austin was our groomer). They really took time with my sweet boy and made us both comfortable! He looked and smelled so good afterwards! 10/10❤️
