I have 2 dogs (Angel - 13 years old - German Shepherd/Chow & DeeJay - 5 years old - Boston Terrier). Salem and Sumer were their Groomers and they did an Amazing and Wonderful job on each dog. I was so happy with the services rendered. Thank You so much Salem and Sumer.
Summer was my groomer and she did a wonderful job. I had some concerns because I don’t like my pet waiting and she really got him in even though it was very crowded. I just felt like she worked with me. She made sure his issues were taken care of and she called as soon as he was done and I got to come get him. It was a great experience and summer is great.
They did not cut my dog right and it’s a damn shame.whoever cut my dog needs to be fired frfr, did not follow directions at all.they just straight did a rush job, never again tho you can bet that💯 we specifically said twice to leave hair for a pony tail instead it was cut short and uneven and all wrong and this can not happen again and won’t happen again.
While everyone who works here is lovely and kind and very clearly loves dogs, the past couple grooming appointments have left my dog with hives and rashes that turned out to be a bacterial infection requiring antibiotics. This has occurred with the regular groom and even the one with sensitive skin upgrades. It could just be that my dog can only tolerate prescription products, but the vet said these have been severe bacterial infections causing the bumps on her skin which is different than just temporary product irritation. If your dog can tolerate regular products and potential for some bacteria, then it may work great for you, but unfortunately, we can no longer come.
