Sue is amazing at what she does! Definitely worth the time and would recommend her to anyone in need of a groomer. She is extra helpful and communicative with the whole experience.

I’ve been bringing my fur babies to bow-wow for a few years now and I love how they are groomed. Sue is very attentive and shows that she cares about our pets when they are in her care. Also, she gives great advise when asked questions, she is a very nice person. 🐕 🐩

When we showed up for our appointment she told us she only takes small dogs. When I booked the appointment I told her my dog was 50 lbs but she took one look at her when we got there and decided she wouldn't take her. We also had an appointment for 12 noon and when we arrived 20 minutes early she snapped at us that we were late. Her front door was wide open with only a baby gate set against (not installed) the threshold and dogs loose behind the baby gate. I would worry about a dog getting out into the parking lot with that issue so I wasn't that upset that she was canceling our appointment 20 minutes before our appointment time. I will not be making another appointment here.

Sue is wonderful. She has been grooming my Yorky for two years and I remain delightfully satisfied. Her professionalism and sincere friendliness is equal to the grooming quality she does on my little companion. I have always been 100% satisfied. I rate her and her talent 5 stars.

Have been gping to BowWow Barber for over 25 years. Would not take my 4 babies anywhere else. Sue's prices are more than resonable. She has always taken excellent care of all of my dogs over the years. I have recommended her to many of my friends and will continue to do so.
