Had my first visit here Sunday 7/6. It was wonderful! The washing stations are very user friendly and especially easy to use for those (like me) who have never used a self service wash before. Instructions are listed on the washing stations for reference. Everything we needed was provided, with the option to purchase snacks, bandanas, and colognes! I love the simplicity of the facility and will most definitely be back!

Love this self service wash. Has everything you need. Safe products for your pet and a clip to keep them in the tub if you have a dog that will try and hop out. Water isn't too cold and the air dry wasn't too hot. Will definitely use this business again.

Very convenient! Our first time going and we enjoyed our experience. Nice lady showed us how to use it and we had extra time left over, even though we really dig in. Will come back again! And might do the membership!!!! 🐶❤️

I was glad to find a self-wash option in Riverside but disappointed they had no ramp or step to help my large senior dog get into the stall. For $19 you get 20 minutes of use, which you can use for any of the settings (soap, rinse, conditioner, flea soap, dryer). The stall next to mine had recorded instructions that I could hear as that person worked. My stall had no guidance other than the printed information. No one was on site, so I couldn’t ask questions. You must use your paid time to do a clean up rinse of the stall, otherwise it is up to the next client to clean up (free) before use. All in all it’s a great shop, very clean and with complimentary towels for face washing and even a large drying station separate from the wash area. I won’t be able to return because I have trouble to lift my frightened old dog.

Immaculate Paws offers a convenient self-service option for washing, drying, and brushing your dog, with all necessary supplies provided and flexible hours of operation. The staff is friendly and helpful—a very nice attendant was on-site during my visit. However, I found the pricing to be excessive, with a base fee of $17.99 plus an additional $8 for extra drying time. While they do provide an extra dryer, the setup is inconvenient; the grooming loop is at ground level rather than on an elevated table, which is one of the main reasons I prefer using a self-service location rather than washing my dog at home. For nearly $30, I didn’t expect to be hunched over at floor level. Overall, while the facility is well-equipped, the pricing makes it a less frequent choice for me. There are other places within a 10-minute drive that offer self-service options at a third of the price. Those places also have groomers on-site and offer add-on services like sanitary trims, nail clipping, and ear cleaning. To the owner: Your establishment could be greatly improved with a few low-cost upgrades. Consider adding a table in the secondary drying area and installing proper grooming loops at both the washing and drying stations. It would also be helpful to offer a stronger facial soap solution than what comes from the machine. Finally, a spritz of doggie cologne at the end would be a nice touch.

Great customer service. Despite running into issues, they were able to respond quickly to the matter and help. We recommend this spot for washing your doggos.
