J is the best. My dog always looks great and she takes the time to discuss what you want.
The groomer didn’t listen to wants at all. I had to cut more hair when I got home and found shaved areas when I never requested my dog to be shaved. We will not return!!

Good afternoon I can honestly say that the service at Towne Center Square, PETCO was professionally and done in a timely manner. The groomer was 10+, and to be honest this location has always been the place for our pets so it was refreshing to come back !! Everyone was very pleasant. This was my pup's very first time being groomed. I was nervous and scared he would show out and not be allowed back. The entire staff made me feel at ease and let me know he and his behavior was fine. They did a wonderful job grooming and they all loved on him. I just loved everything about this experience. Oh yeah, I'm a first time puppy parent as well and know absolutely NOTHING! You all rock!
