PetSmart Grooming

Nobody will answer my calls every time it ends because it times out. I tried calling twice one hour then waited & called twice again with no answers & wasted my time..I want to think they are busy of course & cannot answer but I simply just want a different dog food in case the one I selected is out of stock because it was already saying low stock & it was to save me & their time..can Petsmart associates not call a customer & let them know their item isn’t going to be in the order do you should pick another item/items at this time?? or at least answer the phone & put customers on a brief hold while you finish your task??..it’s simply unprofessional & shows you do not care one bit at all. I never do pickup orders but I work hard & in retail..so it is a nice convenience but I will no longer..its pathetic.

Always have a wonderful experience here at the Petsmart VV grooming! Everyone is super friendly and very welcoming! I never have a problem with scheduling appointments or walk-in services. I highly recommend them!

I paid 100 dollars and Tammy did not cut my dog's nails AFTER I PAID EXTRA! She left the top of his head longer when she could've just made it even. Im never cheating on my regular Haley ever again!

Adriana is the very best pet groomer in all of the petsmarts I've ever been to I highly recommend you promote her. However I'm having to change my review again. I made a booking early this morning for 1pm on a Sunday afternoon. My appointment was approved and everything was good. I got a call saying that it would take over 5 hours to groom my dog who is a great pyreneese. I get it pyreneese do take longer but not more than 5 hours. I really have a problem with the reps that work on the weekend. They do not have good customer service they are extremely rude and I just don't know if they are not treated right as employees or if they are just genuinely angry at life. It is a really bad.look to continually treat customers the wrong way. Hopefully the manager of this petsmart will call me back.

I brought my cockapoo in for grooming on December 30th, after we got him home he was matted in 3 places I had to take him to the vet to get removed. This store was given to Vet so he could document what place did this to our pet. They were so unattentive and not friendly and in a rush. This was the first and last time I will let my pet be mistreated by people who don't care. This is a disgrace. In my opinion if they do this to your pet what else will they do. Sad if you love your pet don't subject them to this type of abuse. You don't know what they do when there in there for hours.

It happened AGAIN, first time I sent my cavalier for grooming they started to drag my dog across the floor I asked that she not drag my dog and if you could just pick her up, it’s a small dog, the reply was she will obey after you leave, I was on the fence of leaving my dog there, but I did and grooming went well. My next appointment I had to wait several weeks which is normal, and had a confirmation the night before. I show up at 7:45am for an 8 am appointment for grooming, they CANCELLED not rescheduled CANCELLED said they tried to contact me 30 minutes prior, are you kidding, waited weeks and you confirmed. Stay away from Corporate groomers, no groomer stays that any good with them AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Good store, good location, near shopping center. They have ongoing summer sales, cooling blankets mostly in stock and on sale. They dont carry spill proof dog water bowls but they do carry large variety of specialty dog food.
