Waggin Tails Mobile Pet Grooming

Marc did an amazing job. My dog who is terrified of being groomed absolutely adored him and her cut looks just like the picture I requested. He had his work cut out for him, but she looks absolutely pristine! I will be booking her next appointment with Marc for sure!!

Waggin Tails is not only an excellent option for grooming, where your doggie gets salon attention! It is also a great place to board your sweetie. I just returned home from a month long trip. My precious pup was well feed and cared for while I was away. I could tell that she loved Marc, and that she was happy and peaceful during her stay. Marc takes great pride in the care and attention he gives to his clients. He is warm and friendly and shows an absolute love for the pets under his charge. I highly recommend him and his service!!!

Marc did a fantastic job grooming our dog. He took the time to explain every aspect of what he would be doing. I could tell he really takes pride in making your pet look their best. He is the only groomer I have taken my dog to that actually groomed her the way I wanted. Everyone else would just shave her because they didn't want to mess with her tangled/matted hair, but Marc got out all the tangles and cut her hair at the length I requested. He basically spent 4 hours with her, and she seemed very happy when I picked her up. She has never looked better. I will definitely be using him again.

Marc did a wonderful job grooming our two Goldens. He clearly loves the animals. I not only felt like they were well groomed but also they were well cared for.

I have used this service before and have been very happy with the service. With that being said, I have been trying to contact them since August to set an appointment. I have left all the information as asked and have not heard from them. I understand having a large work load but I wish they had given me the courtesy of acknowledging that the info was received and that I could not be booked at this time. Customer service is key and this is a bit lacking. I hope that in the future I can use them. No hard feelings.

This is not a review on service, but a comment regarding reading the comments below and how it is driving my search for service. Below someone gave a harsh review on allegedly this groomer driving slightly into the yard. What made me not call the groomer, when I had an intent to was directly related to the response the owner gave. I would have called, however, when the owner resorts to calling this previous customer names like Nut job and Wacko, they have lost all credibility on me. I have to be worried about if I am unsatisfied with a service that I will be called names and that the owner cannot professionally resolve an issue. We don't just read these reviews to see what's said about you. We also look to how you can respond, and to me, your response is why you are not going to be getting my business.

Pam perhaps you could critique his grooming methods and the care your animal was given during the grooming portion of things. As someone who reads reviews before deciding to use a vendor or not, your review told me nothing except perhaps your dirt is higher on your list than the grooming your animals received. I'm very sorry, but your post seems to be aimed at venting your anger over some perceived wrongdoing. I think you went a bit over the top when it came to a tire mark in your almost lawn. At this point even if you did revise your review to focus on the grooming experience, I don't think any would find it believable after posting your original review. Perhaps in the future confine your remarks to those of the service you received, or didn't receive as the case may be, rather than going off on some rant that has nothing to do with service at hand.
