This Ingram location has the best people - from top style groomers to their Vetco staff - everyone you interact with is kind. They definitely show their love and passion for pets. Our stylist is Ivy - she is the best with our babies.

My dog has started getting anxious about grooming so we’re trying some new anti anxiety meds. In the spirit of transparency, I mentioned this to the tech while she put his lead on. I didn’t know about the no sedation policy and while I understand that, he wasn’t sedated. She was super rude and abrupt, immediately jumping back and going "oh no we can’t take him. No sedation. Yeah. Nope. Vets don’t follow OUR policy, that’s why they said to bring him sedated" again, not sedated. She refused to even touch him to take the leash back off and had me do it. When I tried to be like "oh I had no idea, even if I hadn’t given him a dose today?" she just cut me off saying "no. Just hook him back up. Go ahead. Hook him back up to your leash. Take off mine. No, that way" I dunno, again I understand policy but you could at least be nice about it! He’s not infected or aggressive, sheesh. Just a little antsy at nail trims.

Ivy did such a great job with my border collie’s fur trim and nail trim, I was extremely impressed. No groomer has been able to get my dog’s nails JUST RIGHT but she sure did! I’m very happy!

Love the PetCo grooming crew, especially Ms. Ivy who cares and loves my puppies so much! I will forever go to PetCo for their grooming needs! 🙂

Ivy was great with my Leo I was nervous as this was his first time but she definitely reassured me and that’s what him and I needed the most She did a great job with Leo and he came out so happy and clean

Did great on one dog exactly what was wanted. The other still did not brushed correctly and I know it is possible because she is an older dog and this has not been a problem before

Ivy is a MAGICIAN! They are so sweet and gentle with my dog, Baxter. Baxter has had a rough life and he and I are always nervous when we try new groomers but Ivy really went above and beyond with making Baxter holiday ready. They were very caring and listened to my needs when it cane to giving baxter a clean look. They are the best and I will be coming to Ivy for all my dogs’s grooming needs.
