our first time here and we don’t regret it <3 if you wanna make sure your fur baby is in good hands I’d definitely recommend coming here! they answered my phone call quickly, helped me set up an appointment quickly, and had him back to me quickly with the grooming style I wanted for my bub. plus the staff is super nice :) thank you guys for making Shiloh look so dapper for his upcoming 1st birthday ˚ʚ♡ɞ˚

Amazing I went this week to treat out my sisters dog Tricia whom she just got at a animal shelter. I have never been there as I live in mission and was just visiting but this place is amazing. Everything was great. My sisters dog had never been to a groomers and I was nervous but they took extremely good care of her even when she was biting them. They did let me know that she was biting. Laura was her groomer she was amazing she took her time with Trixie to make sure she was comfortable and made her beautiful. Trixie had a lot of mats and was just very dirty but Laura made her soo beautiful when I showed my sister her surprise she was in tears how beautiful she was.. Will definitely come back for my own dog. Thank you Laura Fully recommend 👍👍 the only "bad" thing is the phone it did take awhile for them to answer the phone to make an appointment but that’s how you know they are busy and very popular.

From the first moment the phone was answered, I experienced nothing absolute professionalism, prompt appointment time, just overall very nice. I received detailed text instructions how to find the salon. Which helped me a lot due to being new to the area! I brought my fur boys into grooming salon not knowing exactly what one of my dogs needed. They made sure I understood and agreed what they had plant. The appointments didn’t take long at all, I received a call to pick them up. I can’t express how excited I was when I saw the end results. It was absolutely perfect! Both of them are so soft and smelled not like wet dog, instead they smelled so clean. Their fur were so soft. The cute bandannas were a very cute finish! Overall I with i could give them a billion stars instead of just 5! Anytime again

Well where should I start off? How about letting these pictures speak for themselves! Leo is our first family puppy. He is about 4 months old and was OVER due for his first cut! I brought him to Helga's because of a friend's recommendation. Ms. Kayla welcomed our baby with open arms and showed us different fur models to choose from for his cut. I really didn't want to cut his hair so short but I knew he needed it (summer heat).I literally felt like a mom dropping off her baby on the first day of school. I stayed near by the grooming place and impatiently waited for Leo to be done. He was a little matted so it took a bit longer than expected. I didn't mind though. I was truly excited to just have him pampered and feeling fresh! Indeed that's what was given! Laura, Leo's groomer, handled our baby with kindness. She gave us a description of her encounter with him which included his slightly matted hair. She also recommended ways to maintain his fur. I cant thank y'all enough for taking such great care of our baby! He definitely enjoyed his low cut and trimmed nails. He also smelled so good! I am still in awe. You all have a lifetime customer.

I had a poor experience at other places and was nervous about bringing my little baby over. Helga’s Grooming took the time to reassure me that they know how to deal with all sorts of dogs and especially puppies (who are known to be hyper and try to push boundaries). They did a wonderful job grooming my lil’ Bo and didn’t take a long time either to get the job done! He looked so handsome, I barely recognized him. Helga’s will now be our go to spot for grooming! Wonderful staff and service!

Did have an issue when them before until they cut my dog and failed to notify me. When I called and asked for an explanation the lady who claimed to be the manager, was in denial that she had cut my dog and blamed me for not cleaning his tears. She was rude, unprofessional and if she actually is the manager; poor Helga’s. It’s understandable dogs will move and accidents will happen, but when you don’t even let the owner know it only seems like your hiding something. She can be in denial all she wants but pictures don’t lie. I will NOT ever be returning or suggesting this place. Needs new management!
