Petco Grooming

We’ve been bringing our three Giant Schnauzers and our Mini Schnauzer to Petco for a few years now, and we couldn’t be happier with the care they receive. We always work with Viane and Ashley, and they are absolutely wonderful. Their communication is consistently excellent. They take the time to listen, provide updates, and make sure we feel confident leaving our dogs in their care. It’s clear they truly love what they do. Our dogs are always pampered, well cared for, and come home looking amazing. More importantly, they’re always happy when we pick them up, which says everything. You can tell they are treated with genuine kindness and attention every visit. We are so grateful to have found a team we trust completely. Highly recommend!

Our groomer, Viane, is so awesome with our boys. She's very patient, gentle, and affectionate with them. The entire staff are friendly and professional. Highly recommend taking your furbabies to Petco Grooming off of Vance Jackson.

Ashley is my dogs groomer. She is amazing and it feels like I'm dropping leela off with family. I recommend the grooming at Petco to anyone that likes to build relationships with the service providers in their lives.

I like this PETCO. Nice and clean store. They welcome totally the pets. Very nice people. Anaya especially is wonderful with my dog. Always a smile and explains what was done to Marley. It's overpriced but they have coupons and the total of the price is lower👏 which is great and helpful. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Don’t use Nicci. Was not told he was cut at all. Picked him up and he was bloody. He has 3 cuts (throat, left ear tip, right ear tip) that bled for hours and 2 nicks (top of left ear and top of right ear). Was given his "progress report" (pictured) and it said nothing negative about his behavior nor did it mention his cuts. The groomer (Nicci) was not present when I came to pick him up. Edit: last picture is a 3-day update of the worst cut. It will not stop bleeding and is much deeper and wider than I could initially tell (it expands to the inside of ear as well)

We have been coming to Petco for 10 years now, and have always loved the service. Our standard poodles are ranch/ hunting dogs. We don’t let them get too long before a shave, but they do get mats which is why we have always shave them down. We have never incurred a matting fee, no styling is involved literally just have always had them shaved down and bathed. I’m assuming as of recently Petco has changed policies because I didn’t recognize any of the groomers (we take our dogs in about every 3 months) and our regular groom was FAR more expensive than usual. I totally understand prices going up, but this was excessive. Our stylist was very sweet, but a different worker there was not. I am always polite because I never know what others are going through. This person was very combative. I very nicely paid and tipped our stylist and left. When I got home I noticed one of our boys eyes was very red and irritated like shampoo had gotten in them. This has never happened before. I also noticed lots of hair tufts left behind which I was able to quickly shave myself. Unfortunately, this will be the last time my boys go to Petco. For what I paid for todays service I can buy all the equipment and do it myself. We are super appreciative for all the years Petco grooming gave us but it’s time to part ways.

Amazing loving team! Will definitely bring other pups we have! Anaya I think her name was, I’m sorry! But she did great with Watts!
