My 2 miniature schnauzers absolutely hate water/ baths.. but they genuinely love seeing the ladies here when I drop them off! All tail wags to and from. That lets me know how comfortable they are with these canine cosmetologists! I started bringing my boys 2 years ago and refuse to go anywhere else since. Great service! I would never take any of my animals any place else. Shaggy dog is by far the best groomer I've ever taken my animals to. Great customer service and much better prices than the other places. My girls love Vicki and she give love to my girls!

Very unreliable cancel appointments. 2 weeks in a row with me. Set that they were sick and not able to groom. But when I drove by the shop, they were fully open and grooming other dogs. My dogs are not a problem. I don't know what they're problem is but they are not reliable. I would not trust my dogs with them ever again
