Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming Alamo Heights

If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! Today was my second time taking my fur baby to be groomed here and the service was excellent. All the front desk staff were so welcoming and friendly. Our groomer Jessie is amazing! She took her time with me discussing how I wanted my pup groomed. And best of all took her time and made my pup feel comfortable before she took her back to start. I feel completely comfortable leaving my pup there and that she is being well taken care of. Definitely would recommend and will be a long time customer. Thank you Jessie!

Ambro always does an awesome job with our Buttercup. He is also very professional. Front desk is friendly and very helpful. Today our baby’s birthday was celebrated with a Cupcake from the store. She loved it!!!🥳💕

Wolf Gang went above and beyond for Memo’s cake. After all the stress and emotions surrounding his surgery, this cake meant so much to us and they made it absolutely perfect. The detail was incredible, it looked exactly like him, and you could tell how much care they put into it. I honestly didn’t even want to cut it because it was so beautiful 😭 Thank you for making such a special moment even more memorable for our family. We appreciate y’all more than you know 🤍

I will highly recommend this location 💯. I have two beautiful golden doodles and every single time we have taken them there we have never been dissatisfied. This is Maverick and it's his before and after look. The front staff was amazing. Samantha is always welcoming and very professional. Our groomer Ambro exceeded expectations!!!

Hailey is the best groomer. She is so kind and loving with my little guy. He absolutely loves going to see her. We’ve been coming to Woofgang for 5 years now!!! Great experience and wonderful staff. 💙🐶

I wish I could give the entire staff 10 stars. I’ve been going to Selena for over two years, and we have never had anything short of amazing experiences. Our pup can be more sensitive on some days than others, and they are so patient with her. While 99% of the time her groom is smooth sailing, they are always extremely communicative about any issues or concerns that may come up. I have never picked up my dog and received services I didn’t ask for, nor have I ever been overcharged with crazy fees like I’ve experienced at other groomers. I also have to mention the manager/owner, I love her! As mentioned, our pup has a sensitive stomach, and Woof Gang is where we found the first food topper that doesn’t upset it. The staff truly goes above and beyond and, upon request, will even order extras so they arrive just in time for her grooming appointment! Again, I wish I could give you all 10 stars! ⭐️

I’ve been taking my girl here for quite a while, and the staff absolutely love her. They always take great care of her and do an amazing job. However, that’s not the reason I’m writing this review. Today, I went to the bank and then immediately stopped by Woof Gang to pick up some treats for my girl. I was in the store for about 10 minutes and came back outside to find that my car had been broken into and my window smashed. The police officer told me it’s a common problem and believes the suspect followed me from the bank. What really stood out was how helpful the manager was during the entire situation. She went out of her way to visit nearby businesses and ask if they had camera footage that might have captured my vehicle. It was incredibly kind of her to take the time to help when she didn’t have to. The staff were awesome throughout the whole process, and I’m very grateful for their support. Thank you all for your kindness and willingness to help during a stressful situation.
