I had such a wonderful experience at Bestest Dog Spa! The location is super easy to access, and having a good parking lot right next to it. From the moment we walked in, the man at the reception was incredibly kind and welcoming. He explained everything clearly and made me feel completely comfortable leaving my dog there. A special thank you to Lily, who did the grooming so beautifully. She was attentive, professional, and clearly cared about doing a great job. My dog came back looking absolutely adorable, clean, and perfectly groomed. I’m genuinely so happy with the results. You can tell this place really cares about both the pets and their owners. My dog will definitely be coming back.

Absolutely lovely experience from start to finish! The front staff was really kind and the Groomer was very professional and loving towards my pet. This was my first time coming in, and I showed up as a walk-in fully expecting them to not have availability, but they went above and beyond to accommodate me. When I picked up my pup, she was quite excited and looked well taken care of. I had to do a short cut this time as I went a little crazy with the home trim around her snout, but they made her look adorable. Would highly recommend 🙂

Bestie’s Dog Grooming in Mission Hills is truly dog-first and incredibly helpful! They not only give my pup a phenomenal clean-up every single time, but also make the whole experience so easy and positive for me—from scheduling to drop-off and pick-up. Recently, they’ve gone above and beyond helping me navigate my dog’s new allergies with so much kindness and knowledge. It’s clear they genuinely care about every dog that comes through their doors. I can’t recommend them enough!

This place is great! My dog is difficult, and when I say difficult, I mean he is old, arthritis and he also hates most people. But, this place makes it work! The receptionist is super helpful and provides reasonable and good advice, the 24 hr reminder is helpful, and the groomers are kind and clearly good at their job. I'm so lucky I live nearby. Highly recommend.

Besties is the best! Truly some of the nicest people around. They’re great at making my dog feel comfortable, and the grooming is always really well done. Couldn’t recommend them more!!

Eh probably wouldn't come back here again. Came to pick up my dog and the old guy mentioned that my pup poked one of the groomers and charged me $20 more since my dog was probably anxious because it was his first time getting groomed at this place. The old guy's comment was they probably wouldn't take my dog again next time, even though I mentioned in the notes when I made an appointment that my dog is a biter. Then continued to tell me to let them know ahead when I clearly did lol. Not my fault that they didn't read what I said when I made the appointment. But other than that my dog's haircut was fine. Never had a problem with other groomers. They never complained and charged me $20 because my dog is a biter for being anxious. And I feel like they should know that? especially if they know we are a first time customer. But yeah we're not going back. That was such a turn off. He didn't have to say "we probably won't take you next time" then tell me they're charging me $20. Lol thanks tho. There are other much better ones who are understanding and know how to handle dogs more when they're anxious and nervous. Definitely going back to our regular grooming place, since they're way better, nicer to customers and understanding with my pup @pupperclub.

I would not come back. If you’re looking for a good haircut, don’t come here. They do a terrible job and try to charge you extra for everything — even for simply doing their job. Also, if your dog has just a couple of knots, they’ll tell you the dog needs to be shaved because they "can’t do their job." Honestly, don’t come here. The staff is very rude, and it’s very expensive for what they do. There are many much better places with specialized people who actually know about breeds and proper cuts.
