Lovin' Pups Grooming

I have been bringing my dog and many foster dogs to Star for over 10 years, and she has always been wonderful. She is incredibly consistent and careful, and I have never had an issue with razor cuts or grooming mishaps. It is clear that she genuinely loves the dogs she works with, treating each one with patience and care. Whenever I have had a foster in need, she always does her best to squeeze them in, which I deeply appreciate. I highly recommend Star because she is reliable, caring, and truly one of the best groomers out there.

I’ve been taking my Australian labradoodles to Star at LPG for the last 6 years and I only have great things to say. Star (the owner) is the nicest, she’s welcoming with a big smile and takes great pride in her work. Her client list is enormous but let me say that I hope you have trained your dog because she doesn’t have to groom every dogs she sees. The beauty of this is that my dogs are always making new dog friends whilst they are being washed. Re: grooming. Star’s cuts are excellent and extremely thorough - for both my dogs it takes 5-6 hours and when the doggos come back they smell amazing and are flawlessly groomed. Not only that but if star notices something amiss (ear infection etc) she’s really great at sharing that so I can get it dealt with at the vet. Dog rating: both of my dogs leap out of the car and will run to her front door ready with wagging tails for their grooming date with her. If that’s not 5 stars I don’t know what is.

My pup and I just moved to town and had a hard time finding a groomer and environment that we could trust. My pup has a lot of grooming anxiety and Star is wonderful and very patient. It’s the best experience and cutest cut that my pup has ever had. I highly recommend coming here!

New to the area and was looking for the right groomer, definitely found her. My Australian shepherd seemed very happy and energetic after her appointment, and normal she would come out timid and clingy. Worth the wait to get on the books. Will definitely be coming back, already set appointments !!

Took my lil poodle rescue to a couple groomers before taking him to Star. No one was able to groom him correctly. He was neglected so needed some extra love. Star made Teddy look like a million bucks! I wouldn’t take him anywhere else!!

Horrible experience. Do not take your dog here. The lady is extremely rude and unprofessional. She made an appointment to groom our dog at 11am. When we heard nothing about him being finished two hours later we texted. She said that she had a big dog she was grooming and wouldn’t start him until 2pm…3 hours after dropping him off. Awful. Do not take your dog here.

Star is the best! I have a 14 year old blind maltese and I always feel like she takes such good care of my girl when I drop her off. I never have to remind her of how I like her cut, she always gets it perfect and leaves Kaylee looking so fresh and clean. Can't recommend her enough :).
