Our Mini Schnauzer got his first haircut here. I barely recognized him. He actually looks like a Schnauzer now! They did a fantastic job. I highly recommend them.
They are awesome here! My rescue puppy badly needed a nail trim, but we couldn’t do it ourselves because he was too wriggly. The Pawber Shop was able to get his nails trimmed even though he was being very difficult.
I go here everytime I’m in town for my family dog’s nail trim. My mom is handicap and unable to trim our dogs nails so every few months I will bring our dog here. The place is super cute, staff is very nice and they have always been able to accommodate walk ins. I typically call the morning of to confirm there is a good time I can walk in. There are typically a few dogs there everytime I have gone in. They always look well kept and not in distress in any way.
My sweet heart very enjoyed their service and they did a good job in color too.
Amazing patient groomers. My silky haired terrier can be a challenge to groom. They took their time and did a beautiful job. I would definitely recommend them , the best cut my pup has ever had!
The staff here is sweet and accommodating. I walked in off the street 30 minutes before they closed and they had no problem trimming Minnies nails right away. My pup hates getting her nails done and can be rather difficult but the girls here did great cutting them short enough (with no sharp edges) but not so short to cause pain or bleeding.I will be back and will bring my other dog here as well 🙂
Edit: We now go on a day the bad experience groomer doesn’t work. The Pawber Shop was the 4th groomer we tried after moving here two years ago and this was the best cut for my two pups. They’re so cute! The products she uses are great and they feel so soft. Compared to the other groomers this was the best experience. The first one told me I had to pay cash when they called me to say they were ready and didn’t have a security gate in case a dog got out. The second had no availability and after waiting months they made me pay full price for someone doing an interview. The third one told me I would have to pay for doggy daycare when I told them I had an appointment. They called to say they were ready and I decided to pick them up before and be late to my appointment. My dogs weren’t ready and were still wet. They gave me a refund for one dog because they butchered her ears and didn’t even trim her body. We ended up driving back home for my mom’s chemo and I would take them to their old groomer. I tried to groom them myself for a bit and going in to get their nails trimmed was super easy. No appointment needed, just walk in and out in a few minutes. This time, after waiting a long time and to closing I went to the shop to pick up my dogs. When I asked if they called me, we found out they had the wrong number. I felt horrible we were both waiting, but she was really nice and sweet about the situation. Edit: After a great first visit, they’ve been given hack jobs by novices. One time they cut their skin and caused a major infection. Had to go to the ER vet and a dermatologist. They can’t cut nails, hair around the eyes or potty regions, shape the tail to not touch the ground when peeing, or blend giant chunks cut out. They can only do a short cut, I ask each time to leave her ears alone to grow out and it keeps getting shorter. They are clean and soft, and having multiple surgeries this year, it still seemed worth it. Today someone had the audacity to tell me they didn’t cut them, as if I don’t have eyes or a camera phone. Then told me their sweaters got soaking wet from coming in today. 4+ hours after drop off when I carried them under my arms from the car? I’ve always tipped, however, not today. $105 each, or $210 for two, is already over priced unless it’s the first person who groomed them. After being lied to twice, I don’t what to go back anymore.
