VIP Grooming

ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!!! I have a VERY difficult Siberian Husky with an extremely thick and unruly coat, and he is almost impossible for me to brush or bathe at home. Grooming him is usually a complete battle, so finding people I can truly trust with him means everything to me. I am so incredibly grateful to Dennise and Nicole, who both worked with him so patiently and gently. They handled him with so much care, kindness, and skill, and truly made what is normally such a stressful experience so much easier. You can tell they genuinely care about the animals they work with, and their patience and professionalism gave me so much peace of mind. My pup looked absolutely AMAZING afterward, and I could tell he felt so much more comfortable too. On top of handling my difficult guy so wonderfully, I also accidentally messed up my appointment schedule, and they were kind enough to accommodate him the very next day. Truly above and beyond. Thank you to VIP Grooming from the bottom of my heart for putting so much time, patience, and energy into my difficult boy... you are absolute lifesavers and so deeply appreciated!!!

Great experience for me as I have been grooming our aging yet very active Terrier for 3 years and now he is more resistant & I am getting scratches on my arms, have to wear gardening sleeves & gloves. So I explained to Alyssa his appointment groomer, & she said she will be aware and also followed my request not to use scissors on his face near his-eyes (as he had been poked in the Left eye possibly with a scissors tip, by a groomer at Bow Wow Meow in Menlo Park & result was a scratch on his Cornea & now blind in-that eye). He is a licensed CA Therapy Dog, who now provides aide & confort to Persons with Dementia & Alzheimers. Is a good listener during story reading for anyone. Alyssa was so careful with him & she had a second person help to hold him & keep him calm. He looks so great and she did a perfect grooming. I realize that I under tipped her but will definitely be more generous next grooming. VIP is SUPER!..Tip your Groomer👍🏽

Esme did such a wonderful job with my very nervous and skittish puppy. We were way overdue for getting her first professional groom, but kept having to delay because she was sick with one thing after another as a young pup. She now hates being handled after repeated vet visits… but she came away from VIP happy as a clam, and cute as a button. So appreciative of the first puppy experience!

We are so happy with our dog’s new haircut! Yesterday was our first time at a VIP and we couldn’t be more pleased. Our dog came back looking fantastic and the team there did a great job listening to our requests and communicating along the way. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Adam is the best!!!! He is so meticulous and has a *great* eye for aesthetics. my pup looks like the cutest IN THE LAND every time she goes to see "uncle Adam" Absolutely recommend. your pup will be in excellent hands with Uncle Adam ❤️

Wow , I can’t say enough good things about this spot. My 3.5yo GSD had never been to a groomer before and is CHATTY. Multiple groomers had rejected me bc of her breed or her lack of professional grooming experience. Not vip! They were willing to give her a shot and she did beautifully! I was so impressed with the professionalism and skill. She is so clean and looks beautiful 🤩 they’re popular for a reason. Book them, you won’t regret it.

VIP Grooming is the best! From the moment my puppy Oliver started going there, they’ve been fantastic. The staff is super friendly and did an amazing job making Oliver comfortable with the clippers from day one. The new ownership is both friendly and professional, and I always leave with a handsome, well-groomed pup. Highly recommend for all dog owners! 🐾
