What every dog lover wants in a groomer: super caring, attentive, and personal. They took our easy dog, then our sensitive dog, and both came home happy and looking great. Easy to book an appointment. When we arrived, they sat with us to get to know our dogs and walk through the grooming options. They put our dogs at ease — and sent photos to put us at ease during the wait. We’re in Glen Park and have been traveling across the city for grooming. Now it’s our favorite groomer, and right in the neighborhood.
This shop is absolutely beautiful the down to every detail. The owner and her groomers are so kind and make the experience so pleasurable. Thank you Heather for creating such an amazing space for the neighborhood and our pets to come.
I am so glad I found this wonderful place, my Sylvana came out looking like a real princess, plus the place is pristine, clean, the receiving area, it's a living room for the owners of the pets
