Run, don’t walk to book an appointment for your fur baby with Gemma! Such an amazing experience for our playful husky puppy! We’ve taken him to the other grooming places and the groomers always seem clueless on how to work with his energy. Often times keeping him in crates to manage multiples pups at the same time-poor experience for the groomer and the pup, I’m sure! Furbaby Fancy Grooming is a safe haven for pets. Gemma, the owner, has multiple years experience at major pet grooming studios and has made the leap to owning her own studio! (Lucky for us, right in the heart of Jtown) From the moment you step foot in the studio it felt like just visiting a friend at home. There was a refreshing hydration station, two types of treats in an adorable treat dispenser, and a welcoming couch for your pet to rest and relax as they wait for their service! Gemma spoiled Melo with a deep defurring treatment, gave him a blueberry facial, and made him soft and fluffy! He walked out of the studio looking fresh and like ten pounds of fur had been removed! Definitely not gatekeeping this place. As summer warms up and your pet gets ready to shed their winter coat or your fur baby just needs a routine grooming, highly recommended booking an appointment with Furbaby Fancy Grooming!

5/5 experience! Booking a full grooming for my long hair Chihuahua furbaby was easy and simple! When I dropped off my dog, I explained to Jemma that it was my dog's first grooming experience. She assured me that he was in safe hands and 100% delivered. She explained her process and assured she will make my fur baby's first experience a comfortable one by giving more time to dedicate for his session. Jemma made my furbaby look much more younger and polished! I will definitely be coming back for my fur baby's next grooming. Thank you, Jemma!

Jemma did an amazing job with our Samoyed! Our dog normally can be a little bit wiggly, especially with getting her feet trimmed and nails clipped, but Jemma did such a thorough job. We had a much better experience here than at some of the big salons in the area. Looking forward to coming back!

I love this place! My dog as handsome as he is we couldn’t find a groomer that could cut his fur. He gets really excited in meeting people and can get nervous with new experience. The staff were so kind and patient with him! I’ve never seen him so stress free while being groomed. 100% recommend you take your pups! The quality and integrity in the work is visible. You can tell they enjoy their work and strive to make every pup have a positive care free experience ❤️ thank you!

The shop is too cute. Amble parking. The one-on-one service for the dogs is excellent. My yorkies needed special care and you can tell everything was handled perfectly. The dogs were very comfortable and for the service the price is agreeable. I definitely have a new regular groomer now. Thank you Jemma
