I went there and my sister had ask the lady if they charged more to print it out and she didnt respond my sister then asked if they print it here in the store the lady glared at her and said there's a machine right there in a rude way. And before we checked out we heard a man call her a jerk. She must have been rude prior to our interaction with her

I feel for the associates. The place was busy, with a lot of customers. They did their best. What with the holidays up and coming, more petsmart employees will be on the floor.
