Horrible first time experience. I booked my dog for a nail trim online. I reached out the day before to confirm the appt and let her know my dog needed to be sedated. She confirmed. Day of the appointment. I show up at 5:30pm. The receptionist is closing up so I ask about my appointment. She says all the groomers have left early….. I say I confirmed with Claudia via text. The receptionist says she’s at "a function" and will not respond. So I just sit in the car with my heavily sedated dog and no one cared. No one even got back to apologize. Extremely unprofessional and would not recommend coming here.

I took in my dog Loki for grooming Theresa was very nice friendly and payed very much details on how I wanted Loki hair cut Thank you Theresa great job

If you put your dog health as your highest concern do not come here. I brought my dog here and they scraped his cheeks. The wound was infected and cost me $1,800 for his surgery. They refused to pay saying it was an "accident". Please do not come here.

I used to bring my dog Gino here when I lived in San Leandro and loved the way they groomed him, then I moved to Richmond and had not been for a while. When I took him back years later, they remembered Gino and said they missed us. I still come back because of this wonderful customer service and Gino always looks so handsome afterward. Gino gets compliments all the time. Thank you!!

Claudia and staff day did a great work for my pup. They pull through every time. He's not easy to handle but they're such experts with no fears.

AMAZING!!! My dog sky, Which is a 5- year old male Japanese Spitz HATES WATER, but loves being groomed here! it's one of his favorite things!!!! The picture attached was him in the snow in 2017!
