It was my dog Wally’s first time for a bath, brush and nail trim @ PetSmart San Leandro & he was very nervous with the nail trim. Airon was fantastic & patient! Wally will definitely be back and we hope Akron has availability again. Also, thank you Marcus for his special treats, he loves them! Everyone we came in contact with at Petsmart SL was friendly as well. Great experience all around!
I have a 11yr old German Shepherd who's starting to have hip issues, doesn't like his paws wet or his face & ears to be touched. He's beginning to get a bit grumpy. The groomer was extremely patient & gentle with him. Aniya did BEYOND AN EXTREMELY WONDERFUL on him. I'm not going to allow anyone else to groom him EVER. Including me. He allowed her to trim his nails...which he doesn't let me do. When I picked him up, he seemed to be happy with Aniya. He was FILTHY & FULL OF SHEDDING UNDERCOAT. She's simply MARVELOUS BEYOND BELIEF. His fur is very puppy soft and barely shedding now. Absolutely love what Aniya did with him.
Worst customer service ever.. I arrived to the store around 7:30 pm we waited on the fish area and No one helped... I started looking for help and a girl told me she was going to send someone... after 15 mins at 8:02 she came to me and said the fish area was close at 8:00... she said "that's what I was told idk what is wrong with our staff" clearly Noone wanted to help.. sad sad sad
Always have issues with this store I ordered a 25 gallon reptile tank at 3pm for same day delivery was to be delivered between 7:30pm-9pm today first they wait until right when they closed to have the order ready witch was at 9 pm then the DoorDash driver shows up at 9:30 with two dog cages , puppy pads and dog toys nothing close to what I ordered
Waited in line for a while just to be told the pet care specialist had just gone on lunch and would have to wait another 30 minutes. This location lacks customer service.
