Who's Your Groomer

I love taking my "doodle bug" to these ladies. She walks right in they get down to look at her and ask how she’s doing? The last time they had to cut off all the hair on her ears because they were so matted. I try to brush and cut them out in between but I not able to do it enough. I appreciate that they make the decision and then call me to tell she will look different. She looked like a puppy this time. Her normal cut is a teddy bear doodle cut. They do a good job and she looks so cute. Sometimes the length of her ears or her bread - whiskers are uneven but she lets me make it even at home. I highly recommend these grommers! I make 3 appointments in advance because they are so booked!

Love Who's Your Groomer! Their staff are always accommodating and so kind! My last groomer has been dropping the ball so I started bringing my Pippa to W.Y.G. and they do an AMAZING job! Also, their nail trim walk in service is always fast and super affordable! We are definitely happy customers and puppers.

Took my 2 Shih Tzus here for the 1st time today. It was like a breath of fresh air. My dogs used to sense grooming day and would start resisting going in the car. They would bark and howl and cry. When we got out of the car and walked to the door, there was complete silence from them. They felt relaxed and settled in right away. The girls are friendly, caring, and responsive to yours and your pet's needs. The grooming was awesome! They haven't been groomed this well in a long time. We all drove home happy. Don't hesitate to try this little gem. Dogs have a great sense of people. They were spot on this time!

My little guy loves them. He runs in to greet them. And they do a great job. 😊🐾

Yes, I did like this Groomer, when Ashley was there, She met us, received my little pooch with open arms and listened to what needed done and was happy to help and did an AMAZING job. HOWEVER. Today since Ashley retired, the new person, didn't even have the courtesy to show up to meet with us to receive my little dog who is living with Bladder cancer and has cardiac issues. The bather couldn't apologize enough..... Not ENOUGH for me...We took a walk so little Ruby wouldn't have to be caged, which is on her file. ( To be met at the door when arrives and called 10 minutes prior to finish so I can be waiting to pick her up) The groomer Jennifer wasn't there 20 minutes after the scheduled time when I had to leave. So for the first time she was scheduled to cut Ruby she had no instructions.....??????? OMG..... UNPROFESSIONAL>>>>>

I went here late 2021 right after they changed to the new owners and they injured my dog. They did not call me when it occurred and they still had me pay. I had to go to the vet the next day because my dog was in so much pain and it cost me a lot of money. My vet said they probably put something on it to numb it which is why she wasn't showing signs of being in pain when I picked her up. The reason they don’t have anyone by my name as a client is because I will never be going back. I was not going to post the detailed explanation, but since the owner inappropriately is accusing me of being a bot here it is. Go somewhere else.

Skyler loves going to " who's your groomer" her nails are always perfect when she comes home along with her hair cut , she a long hair chihuahua, who's always nervous but enjoys her spa day at WYG
