My dog girls and I had a great experience with the groomers and services at Petsmart Santa Fe. The staff were caring, kind and seem to really enjoy what they do. My dogs not only came out with their coats gleaming and smelling wonderful, they were calm and happy.
Made an appointment but they told me to come in whenever. The website said I needed to show proof of rabies vax. When I show up they tell me I need a specific certificate and that his collar tag nor the vet’s receipt is good enough. I’ve had this dog for 9 years and never received a ‘rabies certificate’ for his vax. Thanks for wasting my time and gas money.
People here were friendly and very helpful once you got their attention.
