Jamie did a fantastic job with our older, nervous pup. She took extra time to get to know him, offered him treats, and modified the process to reduce his stress level. He was visibly more relaxed than when getting groomed at puppy salons. In addition, he looks fantastic! It’s the cutest haircut he’s had for a long time, maybe ever!
I've had my dogs for 10 years, and Jamie is the best groomer we've ever worked with. She is so patient and caring towards my dogs, and she gives me product recommendations and care tips often to help me manage my dogs between grooms. My dogs always look and smell so clean, we'll never book with anyone else!
Jamie was very patient and attentive with our nervous dog for her first groom. Our dog is four years old and this was her first professional groom - Jamie made sure to take her time, get to know our dog before getting started, and proactively adjusted techniques along the way. I highly recommend Jamie for all your shy/nervous dog grooming needs!
