Today Maltipoo received her first haircut. I was very happy with the final result and every time I go there they’re always courteous and timely. I highly recommend using shag and swag for your dog grooming needs.

Took our mini dachshund here for his first groom and he looks and smells amazing! They cleaned his ears, trimmed his toes, brushed his teeth, and cleaned up his fur. My mom has been sending her Scottie’s here for years and we will send our doxie here too, we love Lisa and her staff. Hannah worked on our Theodore and did a wonderful job!

I was recommended by this place over the summer and i like them. And was amazing the first cut and also the 2nd time. My dog is only 5 pounds and i let his hair get longer during the winter and short in the summer. I took him to the groomer i spoke with heather and Lisa and informed them both all he needs is his round face and nails. He is not matted. My husband went and drop him off and explained again all he needs is round face and nails. After an hour they called my sister in law picked him and FaceTime me and i went crazy his hair was buzzed cut tail gone to the bone face was cut into a uneven mullet. I called and neither heather nor Lisa cared Lisa said call Monday to talk with her husband i did and he just stood there didn’t even apologized. I will never take my dog there because now it’s freezing and my dog got sick twice already and has to wear a sweater all day. Below with the fuller hair is how he went in

My sweet shih tzu, Bull, started going there a few years ago and it was the only place that he wouldn’t be anxious going to for grooming. I think it’s because they let him walk around after rather than putting him in a cage. As he got older, he became blind, deaf, and started to get this gunk around his eyes. Try as we might, he wouldn’t let us near his face to clean it up. It would get so bad that he had gotten eye infections before. Shag & Swag were the only ones able to get it and clean up his face so well! Our boy passed away recently, at almost 18 years old, but I attribute his ability to make it these past couple years to Shag & Swag’s ability to groom him. We are so grateful for these past couple years with our boy and thank you endlessly for giving us that!

Kaitlyn does a great job on our two pups Dottie and Scout and both of them couldn't be more different. A 40lb Wheaton and a small Shi-poo. Not to mention she is the absolute best with dogs! All the staff at Shag and Swag are very friendly and the dogs love hanging out with each other and their bird! 10/10 recommend!

Shag and Swag is quite busy but totally worth the wait! Lisa the owner and her husband Doug are GREAT! Cimmerian and Vixen love you guys!
