Highly recommended! Everything was 5-star, from the ease of making an appointment to pickup. She was able to accommodate both my big Labradors at the same time for a bath and grooming. They were a handful and yet she was happy to give the dogs all the attention needed even though they took more time than estimated. If I ever decide on another grooming visit, if will definitely be with United.

My 100 pound baby is a VERY anxious pup. The ladies at United Grooming have always been the absolute best at bringing the calming energy she needs in a groomer. We try to get in there weekly for her nail trim, and they are AMAZING at nails. Highly recommend - they are so sweet in there and they treat dogs with love. To me, that’s the most important factor.

United Dog Grooming did a phenomenal job on my girl Pepper! We have been going to another salon at 21 and Hayes for years and were over dropping our dogs off at open and not receiving them until close. This place had my husky/malamute mix in and out with full service in 2 hours because they are not taking 10 dogs at a time. Dedicated professionals work here that truly make time designated for your dog, making it a comfortable and enjoyable experience for them. Highly recommend!😊

Booked an appointment for my Shih Tzu to have a a full grooming at 2:30 pm. When I dropped him off at that time, I asked the employee how long it would take and she said around 2 hours. I assured her I would be back in that time as I had a funeral to attend soon after. I returned shortly after 4:30 and asked how long. She first said to me 30 minutes. I was confused as it had already been over 2 hours. She then said she needed another hour?? This was very off putting as this is a small dog and I him brought to his appointment on time. She then told me that they had not yet started grooming him. Mind you, 2 hours after the appointment was booked, they hadn’t started grooming him. He sat there for 2 whole hours. They asked me if I wanted to reschedule, in all seriousness. I took him and left. If I hadn’t went at 4:30 would they have kept him for another 2 hours?? 4 hours to groom a 14 lb dog?? Not only was this very unprofessional, my dog was not groomed, and it was a heavy inconvenience for me for the plans I had and put me behind schedule. I can’t tell you why they would have booked me this appointment if they couldn’t handle finishing him on time, matter of fact, even starting his groom at all! I don’t know how their services are, but you’re better off taking your dog somewhere with better customer service and respect for customers appointments.

United Dog Grooming was amazing with my GSD! The groom was quick, and he came home smelling so good and no more shedding! His nails are pretty tough to trim and they were able to get them done! So happy and will definitely be bringing him back!

Cali and Cooper just came home from their spa time at United Dog Grooming. We love the haircuts and the staff were great! So happy we found United Dog Grooming and looking forward to many future visits.

My puppy (3 years) gets a little nervous going to different places. She doesn’t like car rides. We are working on her to getting better with seeing people and getting to know the same people when I take her out. So i went to United Dog Grooming.
