The Poodle Puff

I wasn’t at my pup nephew’s appointment today, but saw him afterwards and he doesn’t look at all like the photo the groomers were shown after a prior appointment. 🙁 They left him way too long on the top of his head and on his ears, as well as gave him a mustache. His hair won’t grow out in a way that makes him look like a lamb or a teddy bear, which is what he should look like. He’s a puppy, not Wilford Brimley. Unfortunately, I find this laxity to be all too common a result in this town. People just need to give customers what they want. It’s their dog and just because it’s protocol to have a dog come in every 4 to 6 weeks, not everyone can afford that. I’m so upset I’m gonna buy electric clippers at Petsmart and just do it myself from now on because I could’ve done a better job than the supposed professionals.

Really happy with the service and my doggy was super happy! Usually she comes back home and curls up and feels uncomfortable but my dog came home feeling brand new. Unbeatable $55 grooming for my size of dog and they have a reward system where after the 12 or 13th visit the grooming service is free. Cannot wait to come back and will definitely recommend to family and friends!

Poodle Puff did a wonderful job with Lola, my maltipoo. My 1st time using them but will definitely not be my last. Lucy and Jasmine are very pleasant and patient. Lola is very anxious and Lucy took time to make her feel comfortable. They are wonderful and truly care. Infinite star rating 🌟

The woman who made the appointment, and greeted me upon arrival, was so sweet and very good with the handling of all dogs she received. I have a service dog, and they accommodated me , by swift and excellent fast service! My dog was perfectly groomed and not on edge after. I was beside myself with my Persian cat Bella. She was a dirty matted mess. I took her here and was warmly greeted and amazed at the change in my cat. The price was beyond reasonable and the service grand. I have found the best groomer in the area. Thanks so much

I used to go poodle puff before. I have a poodle which I have to brush her in between grooming. One time I took my baby there and after that day my baby gets angry when we touch her head. Before going PP she was ok me brushing her head, well not anymore. We even tried training her so she'll let us brush her again but unfortunately it's been 2 years no luck. Maybe so upset and sad. One dog can't just change overnight. I think they brushed her very roughly and she got traumatized. Even every grooming we take her she gets the worst anxiety. Really breaks my heart and we are still dealing with this.

These are very caring animal people. We never let our collie to be groomed unless we can see her if we care to, while she is being groomed. I think the person with the bad review may not realized that these are new owners Updating our wonderful review of the Poodle Puff
