Rita and Julie are truly one of a kind. This mother-daughter team goes far beyond great grooming—they bring so much care, patience, and heart into what they do. My dog is a senior, fragile, and not the easiest to groom, and they handle him with incredible gentleness. It’s clear they have real experience with older dogs who need extra attention, and I always feel comfortable knowing he’s in such good hands. What really meant a lot was when I had to cancel an appointment because my dog was hospitalized—Rita took the time to check in on us. That kind of thoughtfulness is rare and made a stressful situation feel a little less overwhelming. If you want groomers who genuinely care about your pet and treat them with kindness and respect, I highly recommend Rita and Julie. I’m so grateful we found them.

My dog, Dolce loves Rita and Julie, they are the best women run business. Julie knows and understands my dog gets anxious during grooming and she has him calm and relaxed before grooming him, he loves them and I feel very comfortable taking Dolce there for the past 4-5 years. Rita is so kind and caring. I brought my foster dog in to get a bath and she did a wonderful job. Everytime we go there my dog is excited and you can really tell she loves the dogs and takes such great care of them. I would highly recommend her

Absolutely fantastic experience with the owner daughter pair Rita & Julie ! They did an amazing job on my 5-year-old pup. The owners are incredibly kind, and I love that the shop is very open—you can see all the work they’re doing, and the dogs never go behind closed doors. The waiting area for doggos is also an open space with small gates instead of cages, which is so comforting. Pricing is extremely reasonable, and the owner is an absolute sweetheart. Rita has been grooming my large Goldendoodle for years and she is amazing! She came in on her day off when my pup got into a ton of foxtails and she got them all out without even shaving her. My dog wags her tail when I take her there! She knows how to groom her looking more golden then poodle which is my preference. She even helps me to my car when my two young babies are with me . She is the best!

We’ve been to wiggles many times. My favorite aspect of it is how you can see them working on the doggies. I hate places where they take the pups away to work on them in secrecy. Rita and her team always take such great care of Melrose and take care and ask about every detail to get you exactly what you want and need.
