Absolutely impressed with the care and attention our dog received here! Unlike many places that just rush through with a machine, this groomer took the time to hand-groom and carefully trim with precision. You can tell they truly care about the pets and take pride in their work. Our dog looked amazing—clean, neat, and still full of personality, not shaved down like other places tend to do. The whole experience was calm and professional, and our pup came home happy and relaxed. If you’re looking for a groomer who treats your dog with patience and skill, this is the one. Highly recommended!

Disappointed with the decline in service. I’ve been a loyal customer for four years, but the grooming service has noticeably declined over the past year. There have been multiple issues with appointments—being told I'm scheduled, only to arrive and find out I'm not. Staff turnover and frequent call-outs seem to be affecting reliability and appointments, Instructions aren’t followed, and several times the grooming job was incomplete, requiring me to go back in and ask for corrections. Unfortunately, this will be my last visit—I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

I am giving this facility 1 star because if I don't, the system won't let me post. Christmas 2022 I made an appointment to board my two dogs over the 4 day Christmas weekend. We booked well in advance and medical records were delivered to the facility. My husband and I went to our destination on 12/15/22 and our son was to meet us in Florida on 12/22/22. On the day our son was departing for his trip, he was supposed to bring the dogs to the facility shortly before he was to leave. One hour before his intended drop-off, I received a call from the "manager" of the facility advising me that they would not accept our dogs at all. The reason was that the manager had just reviewed our older dog's (16) medical records and she was not going to take him. I asked why someone had not reviewed the medical records earlier. She said she had not had time. She refused to discuss the matter, refused to even board our other dog who was 3 at the time. I then frantically tried to find someone to take care of my best friends from 900 miles away. Fortunately, our vet was sympathetic with our plight and volunteered to board both dogs. Good ending, but it could have been a disaster! This is not a "best friends" facility. Be forewarned.

This place was awful to my dog. I brought her during covid because my normal groomer was sick. When I picked my dog up, she was traumatized and had an uneven haircut. It took a week to see her fun personality again. She was clearly scared. Never again. Please do not bring your pets here.

I was a customer for more than 10 years with 3 dogs and have spent thousands there. The pricing has always been expensive but I over looked it because they were always available for anything last minute that needed to happen. The last time I had my 3 dogs there I was told to pick them up by 1pm on Sunday because that’s when they close. Much to my surprise, I was charged for another night (3 dogs= over $120/night) because I hadn’t picked them up by 12pm. Apparently it says they must be picked up by 12 in the fine print of the contract. I was there at 12:20. The manager was not there so I called later to try and get ahold of someone in charge. I never received a call back and called again and still never received a call back. I emailed about the issue and they didn’t even bother to respond. There are much better, customer service oriented boarding places near by. Good riddance best friends.

Terrible experience with grooming here. When picking my pup up, I was shocked to find that my golden retriever's entire body had been shaved- except for her tail and head! A double-coated dog should not be shaved in this way. She looks ridiculous! Knowing that she may have had mats that would be difficult to be removed, I agreed to shaving her underside if necessary-not her entire body! Very unprofessional. Would not recommend.

I made an appointment on Wednesday for a Friday appointment no confirmation no word from them until 1:00pm the day before the appointment to tell me they were booked. Why not call me on the day that I booked it to tell me this? I took a day off from work because the last time she was groomed the groomer specifically told me to bring her back in 8 weeks for routine cuts so she won’t get matted and be charged extra every time. But when I try doing this nothing is available so we have to wait longer meaning more money for them because she’s matted. My dog is a doodle and I brush her regularly but she still gets mats. Well today was the last straw the responsiveness or lack there of and no communication until the last minute is very unprofessional and I see why the reviews are poor. Thank God I found a groomer who could take her on Friday and who has a 5 star rating and kept the lines of communication open because they want my business unlike you….Thanks for nothing!!
