Petco Grooming

I had a very disappointing experience at this grooming place. Not only was I charged an excessive amount, but they also failed to provide the service I requested. I specifically asked for a proper haircut, and it was not done as agreed. What concerns me the most is that my puppy was returned with visible irritation and what appear to be cuts on her skin. This is completely unacceptable and very upsetting. A grooming service should prioritize the safety and well-being of pets at all times. I do not recommend this place to anyone who cares about their pet. I expected professionalism and care, but unfortunately, this was not the case.

I really like this location my very first time on there I wasn’t happy. ( bad haircut)The second time I went back. I was really happy with the staff they was really friendly. I was a walk-in. They made me feel special because they remembered Oreo from the first visit . They only had time to do a shampoo, but once I arrived there with my pet, they decided they were able to squeeze him in for a haircut and it was on Valentine’s Day so I really appreciate the staff squeezing me in and accommodating my pet

Too expensive to see spots that weren’t even touched for grooming. (I did bath+cut) Tail was uneven(because it wasn’t trimmed) nor her ears and barely a trim around her face and around her eyes, she can still barely see. I gave a preference for length but then they didn’t do that except for her body. It was a lazy quick job for almost $100 and then wanted a tip? Job took 5 hours to get my pet back. For extra detail, I have a 12lb Shih Tzu. Girl bye. Last time I do petco groooming.

I paid $70 + and it was a waste of money. I had not been there in awhile i had been using a personal groomer, i will not be going back. As i was leaving out with my dog I noticed his nails had not been clipped but on my bill. The young lady said they could not do it because it hurt him, he would bleed, maybe i should have been informed prior to paying the bill. When i got home I was asked, I thought you were taking him to the groomer? Not good work

Pretty good super nice groomer although he did cut my Luna’s hair on top her after I mentioned not to. Otherwise pretty good job I’d go back the store had a lot of things on sale and clearance!!

Petco Grooming at Sawdust location goes above and beyond when servicing my pups. The manager & Natela always make sure the visit is pleasant for myself and pups. Thank you and I'm a repeat customer for as long as Luna & Zena are in my care.

100/10 …. Never have bad experience at Petco. The woodlands location on sawdust rd. is my regular. Nelly is my groomer she is amazing, very professional!! my dog loves her. The other groomers are great too. The staffs are nice and friendly. Beside that Petco have a great customer service, I messed up my schedule for the vet clinic and I also called to the wrong location the staff at that location helped me a lot to resolved my problem. And fews year ago I ordered my dog foods but I forgot to update my new address so they already sent my order to my previous place when I called them and explained to them they just resent my order without any charge. Very appreciate!! I will definitely keep my dog at Petco as his second home 🙂
