Rhonda groomed my Havanese perfectly! She was so professional, kind and affectionate to my dog! She truly cared and listened well. Thank you Rhonda!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!! I have a dog who's natural demeanor is nervousness she had a very traumatic life before us! We love her and have healed her for the most part but certain things she gets super nervous for I.e grooming! I had an appointment one morning but this groomer REFUSED and I mean REFUSED to work on my dog! Her name is Rhonda at Petco by spring! Petco co just saying if she's refusing to work on my dog I know for a fact I'm not the only customer she's refusing which means you are going to be losing a lot of work!

This was the first time my recent rescue dog had her hair cut. She's a terrier/dachshund/something? mix so she came in looking like a wild ball of fluff. Now she's so pretty! I left the decision of how to cut it to Rhonda, the groomer. She did a fantastic job. Now my little one has a coat that looks and feels like velvet!

I dropped my dog off at 12:50pm. I was called at 3:53 to come pic up my dog. However at that time I was already walking into the building because it need takes that Longmont my dogs hair. Come to find out Johnathon the person cutting my dogs hair stated that my dog was bad, he wiggled along . Which led for Johnathon to clipped my dogs ear. I was never notified until after the service was complete . They were unable to show me what ear was cut . I still had to pay for the service but they took 23.00 dollars off, and gave me some spray to put on his ear. However I am still unsure what ear was cut . They stated if I take him to the vet the will cover his expense. So I may just take him to the vet to be sure . I was never called right away . They called me super later that’s how I knew something was wrong . The hair cut is so bad and choppy I feel so bad for my songs honestly. I wish this feeling on no ones dog.

Had my dog nails trimmed made an appointment they were there waiting for me the exact time of the appointment. Very kind of my dog. She was so ease with the associate trimming our nails. Halle recommend them.
