Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming Woodsons Reserve

My new favorite place! I used to go to Spa La Paws but they moved further away and it became inconvenient. After a couple of hit-and-miss places, we were referred to Woof Gang from a couple of friends. They did such a great job!! My dog came out with a fresh cut, squeaky clean and she smells so good. Definitely recommend.

I absolutely love Woofgang.The shop is adorable, the team is amazing, and my pup always leaves looking like a superstar. Chris works magic every single time — seriously the best! And Natalee is just the sweetest soul. She’s always so kind and helpful, and she makes the whole experience feel effortless. Couldn’t love this place more! 🐶✨

The experience was great, the moment I entered the facility, the warm welcome and the excitement to groom my baby was great. The groomer did a great job, and my fur baby looked great. But there was one thing that I was not happy with; I started noticing that the day went by and no call from the groomer, or updates. I finally called around 5:00 and they told me that he had been ready since 1, but the message never got sent. I would think that if there's still a dog that has not been picked up, I would call the owner as a curtesy. So, my fur baby spent hours in a kennel when he could have been picked up a lot earlier.

Never take your dog here. This is the worst place I've seen for a dog grooming business. It took 3 hours for them to give my german shepherd a trim and he looks the same as he did when he went in there. They are supposed to clean up his feet and legs and private areas but didn't do a good job, it's looks like a 12 year old kid got a hold of the scissors and clippers. The worst experience I've ever seen. Take your dog to petsmart or somewhere else. I paid $100 for this shitty of a service.

I was nervous to try a new groomer, as our dogs have high anxiety and have been used to our normal mobile groomer for multiple years now. Well, our mobile groomer unfortunately sold their business, and I decided to give Woof Gang a try…just WOW! The experience was incredible. First: They let me combine appointments to get both dogs in at the same time, just one quick phone call. The groomers were there to greet me and get to know my dogs and our preferences. Second: I have never seen my dogs so calm following a grooming appointment. They were so comfortable, and supposedly quiet while I worked until I could pick them up. Third: Ranger and Coco look great! We will 100% continue to go here for their appointments, and will refer our friends here as well. Finally: There prices are as good as anywhere (of reputable quality of course) that you will find. 5/5 without any hesitation!

I'm going to keep this as short as I can. Ok, we've used this "groomer" four times now. Three times with Groomer A and now finally with Groomer B. Groomer A gave our Shih Tzu a cut that you might expect a new student groomer to give your dog. Very uneven and lopsided. Groomer A failed to rinse our dog properly two out of 3 times she groomed her. Our dog was so itchy we had to rinse her off twice just to get her comfortable. She also improperly shaved our dog's backside resulting in an extremely itchy bum. Groomer B just absolutely butchered our Shih Tzu's head. My wife very explicitly told her not to cut her eyebrows, leave her cute teddy bear beard and straighten the hair at the end of her ears. You can decide for yourselves as I'm including pictures. DO NOT get your dog groomed at Woof Gang in Woodson'sReserve. The groomers are absolutely amateur and you are better off just shaving your dogs yourself. I love my dog and I get so anxious at grooming time and then this happens. I guess I'll be learning grooming because I've yet to find a groomer I can trust.

Our standard poodle loves getting groomed here! He always leaves happy and looking very handsome. They are quicker than other groomers we have used and his hair comes out looking fantastic!
