PetSmart Grooming

Worst experience ever. They didn’t get anything done but his bath and couldn’t even dry him. He was cowering in the cage when I got there and would only come out for me. I’ve never had this problem anywhere else. They are unprofessional and obviously don’t treat the animals well. I highly recommend never taking your animal here. They have probably ruined him being groomed forever. He’s still shivering after I got him home…

I called to make an appointment & was advised I was not wanted there. Never had a problem till tonight. Very frustrating, will file complaint with corporate & find another groomer.

I frequent this location often but after today’s customer service experience from Debbie, I don’t plan on coming back to this location. Debbie working at the register when I came in to pickup an order, after repeatedly speaking my order name to be picked up several times, I then showed her my phone and she claimed she couldn’t read. I asked her how did she get this job and is working at a register not being able to read. Debbie was disrespectful and rude when I asked for a manager. Then she made false claims when the manager came. I had a very poor experience. I would really love to hear from upper management about this issue.

The groomer, Courtney, did an excellent job in groomer my little dog Bandit. My only complaint is later that evening he started vomiting. It's partially my fault...I should have told her not to let him run free in the area because he seems to like drinking "soapy water". This has happened before. He is doing okay today

I'm a bit picky about who grooms my kiddo as he's a senior and not a fan of loud environments. To the best of my knowledge, all of the young ladies at the St Charles location are very capable and skilled, and my boy has never had any I'll effects, aside from needing a nap when he comes home. 😌
