Pets on a Cloud

First visit here and I was extremely pleased. My husband and I had adopted a four month old puppy mill retriever mix a few months ago. The woman who checked us in gave our Poppy an entire room of her own as she felt a cage might be too stressful for a pup who had spent her first four months caged. The groomer was extremely patient and gentle with Poppy, slowly introducing her to the noises and feel of clippers. I was completely happy with their care, grooming, and the price. The entire staff was incredibly helpful and I would recommend them very highly!

Amazing place! Staff was super nice and informative when I took my grandmas yorkie for a full groom. He looks adorable, they did a great job!

Wow, so much better than the groomer I had used before. My previous groomer barely cut my dog's nails and told me that I couldn't bring her in if she had fleas. Not true with Pets on a Cloud. They said it only made sense to accept a dog with fleas and cut her nails sufficiently short. Moreover, I was between a real rock and a hard place with my schedule and the ladies at Pets on a Cloud were very gracious in accommodating me and my dog, getting me out of my bind. Thank you so much!

First time here and very happy with the results. My babies look great! We’ll be coming back for sure.

Pets on a Cloud is HANDS DOWN the best place to take your fur babies to, they are amazing with dogs and you can tell because dogs are always happy to go there! Kiki and Mia approve!

Place is a fly by night they groomed my dog forgot to brush his teeth, he felt a little warm when he came out plus his tale was cut very short and looked like it was dried to long I usually don't come here but my original place has no available. Staff is very unfriendly not welcoming at all. Just to let you know, they also tell you if your dog is not picked up within 30 minutes they will board the dog. I never seen a place like this. Don't go here

Great service even with my hyper puppy ! 💓💗 can’t wait to watch my puppy get more and more comfortable through out the years, definitely a long term groomer.
