Groomingdales

10/10 recommend! My first time owning a cat with very long hair so this was a very much needed haircut! I called and the lady (I didn’t catch her name) was very informative and quick to get me an appointment! Upon walking in they were super nice, when I picked nugget up she looked so good, like a little lion were very sweet with her. I will definitely be bringing my cat back! Thank ya’ll 🙂

I have a 15 year old miniature poodle that comes here frequently. They are always so gentle and take time with her. In her old age she’s been more difficult for me to groom at home and has always been anxious when getting her hair cut at other groomers but she absolutely LOVES going here. She knows exactly where we’re going and will run to the door when I tell her we’re going to see the groomer. Cannot thank these ladies enough, they’re truly the best

Always a pleasure to bring my goldendoodle here. He is happy to trot in, greet the staff, and wait for his service. We have been other places and he was afraid to return. We will definitely keep coming back. They listen to your requests and his haircut is always great!

These are the BEST groomers in the city! The customer service is AMAZING, they love your pets like they're their own. The ladies take great care of your fur-babies. The cleanliness of the shop is impeccable. Our babies have never been in better hands; a true SPA treatment for pets. If you've taken your pets to other groomers you're missing out (or your pets are missing out) on the best service ever! Beautiful nails (trimmed to perfection), silky, and shinny coats (that smell like fresh air). This groomer lives up to it's name...Bloomingdales...ummm... Groomingdales! the BEST of the BEST!

DONT TAKE YOUR DOGS HERE Made both of our dogs dew claws bleed. We were being nice in the moment but I wish we wouldnt have paid and I regret not stopping the lady. Our dogs claws have never bled nor has she ever whimpered when her claws were being trimmed. On top of that the shop isnt super clean. Would not reccomend this place at all.

I take my dogs, my friends dog, and my brothers dogs here. They pay such great attention to the dogs. They come out smelling so great from a bath. I take them in monthly for a bath and groomed. They make the dogs so fluffy. Friendliest staff.

My puppy had a 9:30 a.m. grooming appointment. By 1:45 p.m. I called to check if he was ready and he was told that they were having issues trimming his facial hair and had given him a " time out ". At 4:45 I ask my husband to pick him up. When he came home our puppy was extremely nervous and had multiple accidents in the house which is very unlike him. He is not used to being confined for long periods and his behavior made me feel he had kept in a cage for too long. Also , they cut his eyelashes while working on his face which was concerning. Overall The experience left us feeling uneasy. The lack of communication the length of time he was there and how distressed he was after we're unacceptable. The faculty also appeared unprofessional both inside and outside. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
