Our dog was groomer banned from two other groomers and only able to be groomed while unconscious at the vet which is not ideal at all. After Spotlight and Steve worked with her she is able to be bathed and groomed. She is not excessively stressed out and seems happy and calm after the grooming with no medicating or drugging at all. I could not recommend them more.

My Tortie cat Omega had badly matted fur. Steve was able to remove a massive amount of tangled hair, and explained brushing techniques to reduce stress!

Stephen and his assistant are amazing. My very timid dog and cat never come home distressed, angry, or upset. They are always happy and looking beautiful. Best groomer ever!

I had not had my pup groomed in nearly 5 months - he usually gets done every 8 - 12 weeks. Needless to say he went in very ruff. My pup has a seizure disorder when getting groomed and it gives me deep anxiety dropping him w a groomer. Steve and his staff took the time to make sure I understood and was happy with his process. After speaking w Steve I was immediately at rest with leaving my pup there. Not only does my pup look the best he ever has but Steve also took the time when I picked my pup up to answer any questions and educate me! Thank you Steve very very much!

We take our little mutt there occasionally to get her groomed, specifically get her hair cut. They do a good job and she always comes out looking so much better.

I really don’t know how to feel. The owner was incredibly kind and passionate, that was amazing. However this was my first time in and I made sure to call ahead and ask if they took medium-long haired cats. We agreed my cat just needed what was called a "prep". No bath. I dropped her off at noon, and within an hour and a half they called saying she was ready. No other details. My toddler and I came immediately and after paying the almost $40 and leaving a tip, he told me my cat had peed and he didn’t have time to bathe her. Which I understand is out of his control and that wasn’t the service booked. However, we’re dealing with animals. Cats especially. They are often unpredictable. I was understanding at first (especially since he said, he dried her the best her could and wiped out my cat carrier) but once getting home, I then had to bathe/groom my medium haired cat myself… which seems redundant after leaving a grooming facility and paying $50? And now I have a wet, angry/stressed knotted cat and I’m going to once again need her brushed and detangled. Which was the service I JUST paid for.

Stevie was able to work us in on a tight schedule and provided both thorough and attentive customer service as well as an excellent, low-maintenence cut for our Yorkie. Highly recommended!
