Pooch Parlor NY

I decided to give pooch parlor a try and booked an appointment so easily with Stephanie online. She was extremely friendly and patient and listened to what I wanted. My dog is extremely nervous when it comes to grooming and has to be medicated, and definitely completely understood and was patient with him. Although he looks a little dopey in the pictures from the meds, he was a happy puppy and I was very happy with his grooming. I highly recommend pooch parlor!!!!

The owner Stefanie was extremely nice and great to work with. I recommend everyone who has a dog to get fully groomed at Pooch Parlor!! She did an incredible job on my toy poodle and I've been to three other places on the Island that I was not happy with and the last one I won't even say what they did to my poor little Mila. But this place I recommend everyone on Staten Island to come here. Stefanie works one-on-one with your dog it's not a place where they have 10 people 20 people working just to make the money as fast as they can she takes her time and made sure that I was happy before I left, not like the other places I've been to. POOCH PARLOR IS THE BEST DOG GROOMER ON THE ISLAND!! THANK YOU SO MUCH STEFANIE!!!! 🩷🐩🐾

Oakley had such a great experience! Stephanie did an amazing job on his cut — he looks absolutely adorable and so well cared for. You can tell they really took their time and treated him with kindness. I couldn’t be happier and will definitely be coming back!

I discovered Pooch Parlor on the internet and they had great reviews. I scheduled an appt for my 6 month old Yorkie puppy Luca. Scheduling the appt was very easy. She was gentle and loving with my pup and he came out great! I was so happy I chose Pooch Parlor and I will definitely be back. Thank you !!

I have been going to Stephanie for almost 2 years, she is amazing! She’s super patient with Louie who is a 50 pound bernedoodle with extreme anxiety. He always comes back very happy which is important for me. She also has great communication and will text or call if she needs to cut due to matting and it wasn’t discussed before leaving. I 100% recommend bringing your dog here!

We love Stefanie. She is amazing and so patient especially with my Cockapoo who is extremely difficult to groom. She listens to my requests and delivers and if there’s something she feels like must be done (shorter cut, red ears , etc) she communicates that with us. We even recently moved further away from the salon and I choose to continue to bring our pups there even with closer salons. She is simply the best and we will continue going there til the very end.

Stefanie and her staff were great! It was our first time there and our dog Bean was treated so nicely, they were communicative, fast service, and days later our dog is still smelling beautiful from their products and his coat is still so soft. Thank you all! We will be back 🙂
