A Loving Touch

I was extremely happy with the first grooming we got for our pup Sammy. This second guess not good at all. My poor pup’s hair isn’t cut evenly, his tail was not cut short as requested and his face was left longer, he even has two whiskers that aren’t cut nor the hair around his eyes.

Today was my first time taking my dog to A Loving Touch in Peoria, and I’m so glad I went! They were recommended by a friend, and now I can see why. My dog’s grooming turned out amazing—clean, soft, and looking better than ever. The staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional throughout the whole visit. If you’re looking for a reliable and caring dog groomer in Peoria, definitely bring your pup here for their next grooming appointment!

There are not enough words for me to describe what an awesome groomer our 2 little ones have now. In my opinion they went well above the standards that so many groomers in this area lack. I was so impressed that they pointed out one of Charlies' ears had a problem and the vet verified that on the following day. I've been taking my dogs to Robin and her staff for a couple of years now and I couldn't be happier with the service. My dogs always look fantastic and seem happy when I pick them up. The staff here seems to genuinely care about my dogs and they always groom them to my exact specifications. They are also very reasonably priced which is important since I have 3 dogs who require frequent grooming. They are closed on Sundays and Mondays, but still usually have appointment availability within a week. I'm very happy to have found this place! It's close to home, they do a great job, they don't keep my dogs in a cage for hours until they get to them, and don't charge me outrageous prices! I highly recommend them!🐾🐾🐾

We have been using Robin and Heather and Jackie for many years. now, and loving touch have always been so accomodating with our 3 little doggies Sonny. Bettie,and Zsa Zsa They give great care and attention to each dog.!They really love animal's !!

Well I been trying to take my little fur baby there and give them a try but they never answer there phone call.I have left a message and still no response.Not really sure about this place,I thought they wanted more business.
