Glamour and Sunshine Pet Grooming

This was our first time at Glamour and Sunshine and I was very happy. Our pup Zuzu was previously being groomed by a mobile groomer who retired and shut down the business. I started looking for another groomer and after researching many, decided on Glamour and Sunshine. I'm so glad I did. They were very friendly at the front desk and answered all of my questions and Zuzu looked great when they were all done. Highly recommend.

This place is RACIST towards huskies! What an absolute DISASTER and a complete waste of time. I came in 2 weeks ago for a simple nail trim. We decided to book an unmatting & bath for a future appointment and got a qoute of $110 for the service. Again, the appointment was made in person and we watched the lady book it right in front of us. We go to the appointment and of course they dont have us on the schedule lol. They said they could still fit us in but it was clear we were being an inconvenience to them. Then all of the sudden, they claim they cant do an unmatting and suggest that we just shave our husky instead lmao! Apparantly the unmatting would be too much work. It was obvious they just didnt want to do it. We ended up just buying some conditioner and an unmatting tool and we were able to do it ourselves just fine and ended up saving money. It was just difficult because I am disabled and my wife is 8 months pregnant but we still managed. This place is a complete joke and I wouldnt even waste your time. We already found a more welcoming groomer who also know how to properly record an appointment. Thanks for nothing.

Amazing job with my bernedoodle! We were about to take him to the pound and get rid of him but now that they made him so cute, we are going to keep him! Great staff and well experienced!

I was made aware of this groomer a couple months ago when I received an email. They are 15 miles from my home. My usual groomers are only 8 miles away. However, they have recently raised their price from $65, to $75 for my 8# dog. Glamours and Sunshine only charge $55-65. I have 4 Yorkies and have to take them in intervals. It was Pupperoni's turn. They did a great job. This month they sent me a Valentine's coupon for $15 off!!! From the receptionist to the groomers, they are very friendly and accommodating. I will continue to take all my pups here. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income with 4 dogs so I have to save where I can. Keep up the great work!

This experience was disappointing and not welcoming at all. The staff member at the front appeared disengaged, focused on his tablet, and gave the impression that he had little interest in being there. His tone made the interaction uncomfortable from the start. The grooming itself did not meet expectations. My dog’s appearance was not what we anticipated, and when I requested a correction to my pup’s face, the groomer used soiled shears without sanitizing them first, which raises concerns about proper hygiene and potential contamination. Overall, we were very unhappy with this visit and will be seeking grooming services elsewhere in the future.

This place is great! Have been bringing all our pets here for almost a decade now. Molly is our newest family member. She is an all black (except her paws) Irish Doodle and she looks great every time I pick her up. Can tell by the dogs behavior bringing her in and picking her up that they treat her very good. I believe it was a few years ago the owners changed and since that time service has been even better than before and they did some remodeling and the place looks great.
