Daffy's Pampered Pets

I recently moved to the area and this was one of the first places to pop up. They were able to groom both my dogs within a week which was nice. I get there and the lady that's back there is yelling at dogs to stop barking. When I got back my dogs looked nice but my issue was when they saw me they got excited and started barking. The same lady had smacked her kennel and told her to hush! She wasn't very patient or kind to the dogs that all seemed anxious. I won't be back just because I want someone who is going to be patient and kind with my animals especially since one of my dogs has separation anxiety and yelling at her only makes it worse.

I will definitely be back. I moved here over a year and a half ago and this is the first place I've found that actually followed my instructions even though I wanted her cut different from her 'breed style'. She's pretty and she slept the rest of the day. Knocked out.

Heidi is a very special GSD. She's not real sociable with anybody but when we take her to Daffy's for her grooming needs she warms up to the staff and enjoys her time there and they are so good with her.

My dog Bailey enjoys coming here! The staff is very knowledgeable and very loving towards my dog which is important when you’re leaving them with someone you don’t know. I trust in them with my pet. Anything I ask they will do including teeth brushing! We love this place because we know a great job will be done ✅.

Not sure how accurate these wonderful reviews are. They have only been open approx 18 months yet there is a review from five years ago. Anyway, I would give 0 stars to Daffys if I could. Extremely horrible job. Didn't listen to a single word I said. Come to find out from several people that my dogs fur may not ever grow back in right. They are supposed to be professionals, they should have known the correct way to cut my dog. They didn't listen and they did a hack job on her. Go elsewhere.

My dog is a pain, she barks and is just obnoxious. Every time they still greet my dogs as if she was the sweetest thing they take such good care of her and she always looks like an angel after their care. Great care & great pricing for your fur babe!

Been going to this location for almost two years. The last two visits for a simple nail trim were bad experiences. Two visits in a row with different dogs they didn’t trim their nails correctly causing my animals pain. They have seem to lost their touch there. Will not return.
