Awesome place. I'm always treated with respect from the front staff. That's not bug poison it's a glue trap. People trippin in these reviews. Get to know your groomer. Alexis always does Awesome work. I loved coming in and hearing the music! It sounded like a great time! My dog's Luna and Simba ALWAYS come out happy as can be. I have been coming back for over a couple years. Grooming isn't cheap anywhere in town. I'm happy with the charges for the services. Remember fur always grows back! Thank you Alexis for all your hard work on the crew!

Sooo many great things to say about this amazing Business. I have been bringing my Jackson for close to two years and no matter who grooms him there is a high level of care and exceptional customer service. The owners are very hands on as well and treat your pet like one of their own. So grateful to have a wonderful trusted place to bring my baby. Customer for life!

They do a great job cleaning up my babies! We go to the dog park every day, so they need a good cleaning. They are treated well by the staff here, so are not afraid to come back. I am so pleased that I found this place. They come back so clean and beautiful every time.

Took my mini Australian Shepherd here, they did the cut exactly how I wanted. Luke, my Aussie, was clean and smelled great. His paws were trimmed and nails were done as good as I've seen! The groomers and front desk assistant were super friendly and easy to discuss future appointments. Very knowledge and nice. This place is new and one people know how good they are they will fill up appointments fast. If you are looking for a great , reasonably priced groomer in surprise give them a call ASAP!! I will definitely be taking Luke here in the future, 😁😁😁!

Great experience! Very friendly and professional front office girls. Vicki, our groomer was amazing! She took the time with our little girl maltipoo and made her look gorgeous! I literally did not recognize her when she came out after her spa day, in a good way! Such a good grooming and bath, and nail trim. Most places usually cut our little girl too much and hurt her, but Vicki took her time and did a beautiful job! Thank you Vicki. Koukla will definitely be back!

I brought my German Shepherd in for a wash and paid extra for the de-shedding service. When we arrived, the groomer mentioned that she probably didn’t even need the de-shed because her coat looked so good coming in. Needless to say, she looks worse now than she did before the appointment. She is shedding excessively — I can’t even pet her without hair coming off everywhere. It doesn’t seem like she was properly blown out after the bath. Her coat looks uneven and kind of funky, almost like it air-dried instead of being fully dried and brushed through. Since I paid for the added de-shedding service, I expected her coat to be thoroughly blown out and finished.
