Fantastic Groomer and Fantastic service! My dog Teddy was beautifully groomed and always receives so many compliments afterwards. Jacely does a such a great job and gives my puppy a lot of TLC. She genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. She is detail oriented and extremely talented. What a wonderful experience!! I was nervous about taking my puppy to the groomer. I was worried about how he would react to being left along with someone he didnt know while being brushed and groomed. Jace made us feel so welcomed and my puppy took a liking to her immediately. When I picked my puppy up he was happy and Jace said he did super well. I had a follow up question with Jace after our appointment and she even followed up with me the next day to see how my puppy was doing. I high recommend Nay Design Grooming.

My puppy had the best experience with Nay Design. Jacley was very attentive when we came in and made my puppy feel comfortable. She was quick and gave the hair cut that I asked her to give. She took a darling pic and sent it to me. She was thorough in letting me know how he did and asked me to give feed back to her about his cut. She took the time to answer my questions about grooming and products. This was his second cut. His first cut with a veterinary hospital in Clinton was a substandard cut, and was not a good experience! Thank you Jacley! You are amazing🥰❤️

Jace is the best and so amazing with our little dog! He has allergies and sensitive eyes and needs to keep his hair short…but still looking like a cool pup! Jace does an amazing job and is a familiar name around the house…all you just have to say is " go see Jace" and he knows exactly where he’s going and the bonus is that he gets to see his friends!! Jace was amazing! My high anxiety dog has been turned away by the big chain groomers but Nay Design took him with open arms and did a great job. This was the first of many visits! Highly recommend.

We had a great experience with Jace. Our dog was done extremely quick- half the time of previous groom times and the cost was extremely reasonable. We're still navigating how we want to cut our dog, both my husband and child commented it was our dogs best cut she has had so far. We have had a very hard time finding a groomer we love. My favorite part, my dog was loved on and didn't come home anxious. We definently recommend and will go back!

I highly recommend Nay Design Grooming! Jacley is very responsive, friendly and patient. I was in a bit of a time crunch, which she went above and beyond to squeeze our pup into her schedule. She did such a great job, he looked great and smelled amazing too. You can tell she genuinely cares about the well being of your dog!
