The Paw Expressions

I really enjoy talking my dog to Paw Expressions! The staff is friendly and my dog gets really excited coming there. He always looks so happy and cute when I pick him up. I especially love when he gets a bandana and cologne at no charge! Keep in mind, sometimes is takes awhile for your dog to get done, but each worker I've met has been knowledgeable and kind, I would definitely suggest Paw Expressions.

Absolutely terrible experience here. They burned my dog to the point where he couldn't walk or pee then wouldn't do anything to make it right or even apologize once. The owner was beyond rude and continuously called me a scammer while I was expressing my concerns respectfully. I provided photo evidence and the owner still called me a liar and said I was "suspect".

I love Paw Expressions! The staff is so caring and considerate when grooming. My Shih Tzu can be difficult to groom, but they do such a great job. He always looks so cute and leaves with a cute bandana. It says a lot that he likes the groomers! And I can always get an appointment scheduled quickly which is great.

My dogs got groomed here for the first time. My golden retriever had some ratting behind his ears so they shaved it (totally understand). They bottched his ears and he has open sores. This has NEVER happened with any other groomer and they didn’t even notify me that they had cut him. See attached pictures.I understand things happen and just would of liked to be notified

I’ve been taking my two dogs there for the past 2 years and I am so pleased every time. Not only do they work with my availability, but my very anxious and reactive dog does so well there. All of the staff is so great and they genuinely care for all the animals. I never worry when they are at their appointment. This is the latest pictures of one of my pups after being groomed here.

We finally used this place down the road since its to cold to wash them outside and the lack of desire to clean out our tub. It was a great experience and the lady walks you through tips of the trade. They provide towels, soaps, aprons, brushes, and helpful tips for the cost of the wash. We found it well worth it.

I have been taking my dogs to Paw Expressions for a while now. There are some new staff members that I think are doing a great job! I’ve ALWAYS had a wonderful experience with their services! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a groomer. The only negative experience I have had there was actually from another client who was falsely accusing the groomer of issues that were clearly their own fault due to negligence on their part in not taking care of their pet properly. She was beyond rude about it to the groomer. If you keep your dogs on a schedule for grooming, your dogs will be healthier and the grooms come out much better! Thank you to all the great staff, at Paw Excursions, for taking such great care of my fur babies! I’m looking forward to our next visit to the salon!
