PetSmart Grooming

Alekzandria did a PHENOMENAL job!! I’ve taken my 95lb Malinois to other locations before but I have never seen him so happy and calm after a groom before!! Grooming has always stressed him out and he’s usually gunning for the door when I pick him up, but he was so calm after his groom with Alekzandria! This location is a bit longer of a drive for us but 110% worth it after that experience!! Also, it took half the time it normally does and he looks, smells, and feels wonderful!! 10/10! I also want to shout out the gentleman that checked us in, I didn’t catch his name but he had long dark hair. He did the hands on assessment and did so well with my Malinois! He played and roughhoused with him right away which, if you know Malinois’, you know that’s the way to their heart. He set a really wonderful tone for the appointment which definitely helped make him happier to be there. Amazing staff, amazing location, thank you so much!! Grooming a 95lb Malinois is not an easy task, but you guys were incredible!!

I want to recognize Keaton in cashier for providing truly exceptional customer service during one of the hardest moments I’ve experienced. I recently lost my dog, and just walking into the store was incredibly difficult. From the moment Keaton helped me, he showed genuine empathy, patience, and kindness that went far beyond what I expected. He took the time to listen, acknowledged my pain, and went out of his way to help me without ever making me feel rushed or uncomfortable. In a moment where I felt vulnerable and emotional, Keaton made me feel seen and supported. His compassion honestly helped ease some of the grief I was carrying that day. Customer service like this is rare. Keaton didn’t just help me find what I needed — he helped me through a painful moment, and I’ll never forget that. PetSmart is lucky to have him.

Buddy my pup came out looking great! They did take 3 hours to do him up, so I’m glad they took their time & did a great job!

My dog looked good but was still wet. This was by far the worst experience and I will be going somewhere else. They called to see if I can come earlier and I couldn’t because of work. I went in and they said to be there by 8. They called me and I said I would be there (it was 7:10) and they called me again after. So I rushed getting there and they all clocked out and I had to wait for someone from the front to get my dog. Just felt like the priority was not the job and I felt rushed and like they didn’t want to deal with me or my dog. It was unpleasant.

If I could give it a half star I would!! Took my sweet loving baby for a bath/hair cut..Upon pick up I noticed he was acting different but I thought he was just overwhelmed since it was his first time n it took me a while to pick him up due to car problems but that was not the case! Once we got home I noticed he kept licking his private more then usual so I took a look to see he had a scab on his left testicle n what seems to be a burn on his private area.. I get it accidents happens but why didn’t his groomer let me know🤦🏻‍♀️😡 very unprofessional

Bonita had her first "spa treatment" and did so well! Veronica was extra attentive and caring with her. She looks great and didn't "run" out of there when I we picked her up. Great value and service! We'll be back next month! 💖💖💖

My dog is high energy — the staff is always patient and retains clear and concise records of his previous experiences. Staci did an incredible job with Remi’s last haircut — he’s gotten so many compliments about how he looks like a teddy bear! The groomers were all very friendly and straightforward about the services we were doing.
