A Komfy Kozy Mobile Grooming

We have been using Amanda’s mobile grooming for a while now..... maybe close to a year not including our lack of use during 2020 due to covid. I’ve read the reviews on here and they do not relate to the services we have received. I’ve actually had her show up a day early mistaking the days, which Was no issue since I was available. She has fair pricing and does a FANTASTIC job on our German shepherds. She’s always on time to groom our pups.

I made a appointment moved around a few things because my dog needed her nails clipped and they never showed up or be professional enough to cancel the appointment. Its like they don't care about the customers time. My daughter picked this place I would of never cause now I see the reviews. How do u run a business like this? I even called them after all this never got a call back. Maybe she's on drugs cause it looks like she don't care about the reviews or customers. Lol

UPDATED REVIEW: Several reviews I've seen online that are bad for this business, there is usually a reply of the groomer being ill. Now there's an updated review from Mandy Murillo about the groomer Amanda being ill. Hmmmm, Mandy sure is close to the name Amanda. And Mandy gives this business a 5 star rating. Seriously?!?! This is the same person, it has to be. I would not go to anybody she recommends. They probably have the same poor business habits. I have never been so disappointed in a so called business as I am with this one. She is a no show, no call owner/operator. Believe the low star ratings and not the five star rating that she has given herself or will have others do to increase ratings. Not a very professional way to run a business when it's based on lies. Don't waste your time on this one. Trust me!

Amanda is a good groomer but you will often find yourselves waiting in vain for her to show up, and then your day is ruined. For five times in a row we were scheduled and she never showed up, just the way it happened today Match 11th. Twice they bothered to explain to us that something had happened, but as for the other appointments, she just did not show up without any explanation. Her phone is off and she does not respond to text messages, so you sit and wait and waste your time. She scheduled us for a Sunday (it was our last attempt to deal with her business) and I texted her to make sure she would work on a Sunday, and she texted back confirming that she would be there. We are two elderly people with two 13-year-old dogs, and I can't help having a feeling that we are being made fun of for some reason. We are very frustrated and upset. I guess you win, Amanda...

These are the type of people we need to stay away from . Thank you for letting us know what type of business these people are running. These people are garbage when they can't even cancell appointment how unprofessional won't recommend this shop to anybody again thank you

Not a good experience. Never evev called back to tell me they couldn't help me. I'd try someone else. I've been waiting for 5 days.

No call no show !!! Guess I should’ve listened to the reviews from the others ! Happened to someone else too! And now no one even answers the phone anymore , smh. Don’t deserve any stars they are a negative 5 !
