PetSmart Grooming

Absolutely horrible customer service. We were told our dog was not allowed to get a haircut because of semi aggressive behavior when we took him to get cut 7 months ago. At that time we were informed of pet is 3 strike policy. He has only received one strike and the app allowed us to book an appointment. 📅 f he is banned than how were we able to book an appointment also the lady who informed us of this information was extremely rude and disrespectful towards me and my girlfriend

This place had a special running for walk in services during specific times. They quickly let me know that they were not backed up and I was able to get my dog in and out for a nail grind at a good price. Other PetSmart locations were overbooked and even had rude employees. Will come back again if the experience stays consistent.

Daniela was very rude. She made sure to point out that my dog was fussy, despite the fact that my dog has not had a problem with any other groomer. It seems that she kept an opinion from the last time I had taken my dog in - when she was a year old. Seems like she wanted an excuse for the terrible job. Will not be coming again.

The groomers are extremely rude they should be fired. My dog leaves there acting as though she has been abused. This is very odd for my dog she usually enjoys going to the groomer but her reaction at this store is completely the opposite. If management would like the names. I would be happy to share them.

Razor burn on my dogs face, they also trimmed his whiskers after I instructed them not to, their excuse "your dog moved"🥺

Staff is personable and seem competent. They like dogs. My golden has significant anxiety away from me and they worked with us.

The store was out of two of the three items I went in to buy. Sadly, that's become my experience more and more with PetSmart in general lately. Earlier today I had an online order cancelled at a different store because they didn't have the merchandise. I'm not talking difficult to find items. This was fish food, cat treats, pill pockets. The staff was friendly today. Checking out is pretty slow because of all the activity that goes on while a customer is at the register. Things like what's your phone number, what's your name, do you want to use your points, do you want to donate to charities, etc. It's great that PetSmart is offering free delivery, but that's no use when they are out of merchandise or the items you want to buy aren't available for delivery. It's an even worse experience when you drive all the way to the store and can't get basic items.
