Jan's Custom Care Pet Grooming

LOVED the job they did on my Fur Babies. This is the first time me taking them to an establishment to get groomed as we always had someone come to the house. They were VERY friendly here and took great care of my babies. They smell good and look fantastic. Thank you so much Shannon K

I was referred to Marla at Jan's by one of my wife's clients and could not be happier. Having moved to town 18 months ago I tried other groomers in town that supposedly specialized in Mini Schnauzers and found them to be very disappointing. Marla on the other hand is fantastic and her love for the breed shows through in several ways, her work is outstanding and the way she interacts with the dog clearly shows she loves the dogs. I have been to a few groomers in Tucson and had to leave with my dog as I knew they were not well connected with the dog. My Mini Schnauzer is a very kind guy but very Alpha and in tune to who handles him, and I have no issue trusting that Marla at Jan's will take fine care of my dog.

I do not agree the the other interviewer. I think Jan's is one of the best groomers I have ever taken my dogs to. The prices are very reasonable and they did an excellent job on my schnauzer. Jan worked me into a very busy schedule and I am extremely happy with the results.

I found Jans about a year ago and I've never looked back. Marla takes great care with my little girl. I leave her there feeling like she's in good hands. And it usually only takes a couple of hour to get her back. Thanks ladies for taking good care of Fiona

Cut my dogs ear and then didn’t even tell me until I pick her up and there is blood on her fur and on my hands. Later that day I found another cut on her belly. Very upset with the service. She is a 5 month old puppy and has been shaking all day. Should have never even paid for this service. Very disappointed and will never been returning or leaving my dog here again.

Treating my mothers dogs eyes right now due to being cut so closely. The dogs eyes are raw, red, oozing. No dog should ever be groomed this closely to their eyes. The last visit, the dogs eat was cut and we were never told. They have been going for 2 years and will never go again after this.

Looking for somewhere to take my cat but looking at the reviews II will not go gere because there's so many bad reviews. That's crazy. So, if they don't take cats, that's a good thing.
