The owner is a wonderfully kind and personable woman who supports her staff and their families, and loves her clients. The customer service is top notch and they seem to truly care about the animal’s and owner’s experience. The grooming tables/areas are visible and clean and after hearing how difficult one of my animals is to work with from another groomer- Velvet Bow reassured me he was a gentleman, not the problem child he was made out to be. Currently recruiting the rest of the family to switch to Velvet Bow so grooms aren’t such a stressful experience for other animals.
We have been taking our Susie Q to Jessica for about almost a year now! Best groomer ever. It took us 40 years between all our dog families we have had through out our marriage. Susie Q will be our last forever dog since we are up there in age. Jessica is the most friendliest, loving, so professional & listens to all you concerns you may have. She always has a super friendly smile and attitude every time I have taken Susie Q in!!!!! She goes over and above making sure your satisfied:) I am so grateful to have found Jessica. I highly recommend her and the shop🐾
Jessica was amazing. She listened to everything I said and when I picked my sweet little juniper up, she looked just right! Great job on the nails and everything. In addition to listening and doing a great job, she is very welcoming and warm. I sure do appreciate her.
