PetSmart Grooming

This grooming was the worst ive ever seen in all my years of having pets. I arrived at appt time amd the gentleman said she be rwady at 7:30 om so qent back and they had juat given her a bath. And then they proceeded to say they weent going have time to finish her. I thought this eata would be pretty good since thats where we took our dog traun ing classes. So i just ended up brunging her hime wet. The employees need to figure out how to use there time wisely, and have better customer service.

They are usually very good at grooming my baby Bella. I’ve only had one encounter that wasn’t so nice however the manager contacted me and rescheduled for a do over and I was pleased needless to say.. Thank you Reyna!!

The service was good. May help you in the store. I did not wait too long in line to get service. It's a little expensive there for the price. The place is clean. There is enough parking place there. The neighborhood is good. This place is not too hard to find. It's a good place to shop for pets.

My dog is so well treated here. He comes out looking and smelling great!

We love the employees who take great care of our dog. They are the best!

Mariah is upstanding grummer kiddos to her and her shift i take my dogs for first time she put clips and vendettas on my dogs they look so clean .

The chicken strips and waffle was excellent! All our food was hot! Excellent!
